Find your booking confirmation: During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours for your booking to be visible in your My Account > Ticket Purchase History and for the booking email confirmation to reach your inbox.
Where is my ticket: On my card/app, or paper ticket or e-ticket?
- One Hotspur Member:
Your ticket will automatically be loaded on to your Stadium Access Card & it will be visible in the app at least 48 hours prior to the match.
If you have misplaced your Stadium Access Card, please view your tickets via the Spurs Official App.
If your ticket is not visible via the App, please check your email for an e-ticket, this may have been produced if you purchased a ticket via Ticket Exchange.
- New One Hotspur Member, card hasn't arrived yet:
If you have recently joined, if you haven't been sent your Stadium Access card yet, we'll create a paper ticket or an e-ticket for you. In the unlikely event that neither have arrived by match-day please visit the ticket office which is open up to 4 hours prior to kick off.

- Season Ticket holders:
Your ticket will automatically be applied to your Stadium Access card, and will be visible in the app within 48 hours of the match.
If you have been sent an e-ticket (if you purchased a different seat or via Ticket Exchange) you'll not be able to use your stadium access card or the App for that particular match (the e-ticket replaces your card/ app ticket for that game).
Your tickets will automatically be loaded onto your 2019/20 Season Stadium Access Card (see image below of One Hotspur membership card). We are no longer producing e-tickets for matches. If you have misplaced your Stadium Access Card, download the Spurs Official App, where you can access and scan your tickets from your smart phone.
I can't find my Stadium Access Card?
If you don't have a Stadium Access Card, you can access your tickets via the Spurs Official app (coming soon - will be ready for the Crystal Palace match). Please check back here for more details.
If you can't download the App or have problems finding your tickets on the app, please arrive early and visit the Ticket Office with photo ID and the team can arrange replacement tickets, they are available 4 hours prior to kick-off until half-time.

I've been gifted tickets through Ticket Share, where are my tickets?
- One Hotspur Member: If you have been gifted tickets through Ticket Share, if you are a One Hotspur Member, your tickets will automatically be loaded onto your account.
- Not a member: If you are not a member, you'll be able to access your e-ticket via your account.
You can order a replacement Stadium Access Card, £15 fee will apply. Please contact the Ticket Office with your card details and they'll arrange this for you.
Ticket Office opens 4 hours prior to kick off:
If you have any concerns, the ticket office is open 9:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday. It is also open on match-days from up to 4 hours prior to kick-offi until half-time.
On match-day with your booking confirmation, and some photo ID (i.e. Passport, Drivers Licence).
If required please arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the advertised kick-off to collect your tickets and clear security.
Arrive early, the stadium is open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

You will be sent a paper ticket to your address as per your account (change your address) approximately 7 days prior to the match. If your ticket has not arrived on the last working day before the match, please contact the Ticket Office on 0344 844 0102 (select option 2, the team are available Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm) or message us and we will be able to investigate and arrange a duplicate ticket for collection if appropriate.
