If we find that we have made an error with your order we will refund the difference between the express and standard postage charge.


Process for lost parcels

In accordance with the regulations imposed by our carrier, we cannot deem a parcel lost until 15 days from the date of dispatch for UK customers and 25 days for overseas customers.

Once the 15 days have elapsed and you have reported the package as lost, you will need to complete a declaration form provided by the mail order team. This form declares that you have not received your goods.

We will then use the completed declaration form to provide Royal Mail with the details of the lost parcel so they can begin their investigations.
