How do I book tickets?

Bookings can be made online via

You can select a date in the future, or select from "next available". If the date you have selected isn't available, please check again closer to the time as the best availability is shown 6-8 weeks in advance.



Bookings can also be made over the phone, but an administration fee of £2 is applicable. No fees apply for bookings made online.

Tour times: On most days, tours depart every 30 minutes (on the hour and half hour) starting from 10am on weekdays and 10.30am on weekends. The last tours currently take place at 4.30pm.

Please be aware that the Tours Team aren't able to advise of future availability, and have the same access to tour dates and times as shown online.

Unavailable tour dates: Please be aware that tours do not operate on event days or the day immediately before event days. For further information about these dates, please see: Major Stadium Event Dates. Match dates are typically confirmed

How much are tickets?

Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members receive a 10% discount on their Guided Stadium Tour. For the latest pricing please see:

  • Adult — £30
  • Concession (65+) — £27
  • Child (5-15)* — £15  
  • Under 5 at the time of the tour — free
  • Personal Assistant – free, see below for more information about accessibility 

*Note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.


Can I change the date/time of my booking?

It is possible to change the date of your tour up to 3 days before your visit subject to availability and for a fee of £5. As we'll need to take payment details from you, please call 020 3929 1882 (UK) or from overseas on +44 20 3929 1882. Phone lines are open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturday-Sunday.


Why isn't the tour date I want showing?

As we are a working stadium, once the TV picks are confirmed we should be able to confirm additional tour dates. We currently have tours on sale until April 2020. We regularly add more tour dates as they become available.

The best availability is shown online 6-8 weeks in advance.


Tours have sold out on my preferred date. What are my options?

We hold a small number of tickets for walk-ups on the day for Guided Tours. If there is no availability on your preferred dates, we would advise you to arrive from 10am on weekdays and 10.30am on weekends. The Tours team will look to accommodate accordingly during the day, but no guarantees of places can be made.

Once the TV picks are confirmed, it may be possible to confirm additional Tour dates. We currently have tours on sale until April 2020. We regularly add more tour dates as they become available.

Where do Guided Stadium Tours start from?

Guided Stadium Tours will start from inside the Tottenham Experience - Spurs Shop, once inside the team can direct you to the check-in desk.

What happens if I am late?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour to allow time to check in. Tours start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. If you are late, we shall do our best to accommodate you on the tour, but please be aware that this may not be possible. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to attend your tour due to lateness.


Is photography permitted during the tour?

Yes, we encourage you to take photos throughout the tour. We use green-screen technology that enables you to have your photo taken with your favourite player and there are professional photos taken throughout the tour in key areas. These are available to buy at the end of the tour if you wish. Tripods or drones cannot be taken on tours.


Can I take my bag on the tour?

All bags brought into the Tottenham Experience will be searched on entry, as well as any personal bags taken on the tour itself.

Larger bags must be left in our free cloakroom located in the Tottenham Experience.

The following sized bags may be taken onto the Stadium Tour after they have been searched:

  • Personal bags of A4 size or smaller (21cm long x 15cm high)
  • Clear plastic carrier bags with a maximum size of 30cm long x 30cm high
  • Sealable, Club-branded plastic or vinyl merchandise bags purchasable online or from the Tottenham Experience.

We welcome pushchairs and buggies on the Guided Tour. You may also leave your pushchair in the cloakroom located in the Tottenham Experience.


Do you have baby changing facilities?

Baby changing facilities are available in all toilets located in the Tottenham Experience Shop.


Do you do different types of tours?

We can create bespoke private tours, starting from £800. If you'd like to enquire further please email: 

Guided Tours are delivered in English. However, coming soon, we shall be launching self-guided tours which will be available in different languages. We will be able to offer translators for private bespoke tours, subject to availability.

Legends tours will also be coming soon. Visitors can sign up to hear news about TE tours and attractions on our website via the Museums page on the visitor attractions website.


What are the Tottenham Experience opening times?

The Spurs Shop at Tottenham Experience is open from 10.00 –18.00, Monday –Saturday and 10.00–16.30 on Sunday (10-10.30 Sunday browsing only)




Can I purchase a Stadium Tour voucher?

Yes, to do so please visit and follow these steps:

  • Click 'Gift Vouchers' and select Voucher type
  • Choose a style for your Voucher
  • Enter the Voucher details* and select the quantity you would like to purchase
  • Review your order, then proceed to checkout.

Alternatively, vouchers can be purchased on the phone (020 3929 1882) or in person at the Tottenham Experience Tours desk.


Can I purchase a voucher as a gift?

Yes. To do so, please follow the steps above. When entering the Voucher details, you will have the option to enter your own email address, which will ensure that it is sent to you directly. You can then forward the voucher to its intended recipient at a later date.


How will I receive my voucher?

Vouchers will be sent by email to the email address provided at the point of purchase. Please note that it can take up to an hour for the email to land in your inbox. If you do not receive your voucher, please check your spam folder and search for 'Tottenham Experience' in your inbox. If you are still unable to locate your voucher, please get in touch.


How can I redeem my voucher for a Stadium Tour?

To redeem your voucher, head to and follow these steps: 

  • Select your preferred tour date and time and add to basket
  • Click the 'Redeem Voucher' button
  • Enter the voucher type and voucher number and code (stated on your Gift Voucher)
  • Continue and complete your tour booking
  • You will be sent an e-ticket. (Both electronic and printed copies are accepted.)

If your voucher was purchased prior to 1 June 2019, your voucher will expire on 14 July 2020. Otherwise, you'll have one (1) year until Stadium Tours launches to use your voucher before it expires.


Can I cancel my voucher?

It is not possible to obtain a refund (full or partial) once a purchase has been made, as per our terms and conditions


When does my voucher expire?

If you purchased your voucher prior to Tours launching, it will remain valid until 14th July 2020. If you've purchased a voucher since July 2019, it will remain valid for one full year from the purchase date.


Can I redeem my voucher for a different age category?

If you've purchased a child voucher and require an adult ticket, you can pay the difference in price once you reach the payment page.

If you've purchased an adult voucher and use it to redeem a child ticket, please be aware that it is not possible to refund the difference in price. Note: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What public transport options are available?

The stadium is well-served by public transport, which is the best way to get there. 

The nearest stations are:

  • White Hart Lane [London Overground, from Liverpool Street] - 5 minute walk to the stadium.
  • Seven Sisters [Victoria Line and London Overground] - 149 / 259 / 279 / 349 buses run from the station (Bus Stop D) to the stadium (Tottenham Sports Centre or Tottenham Hotspur Football Club).
  • Northumberland Park [Abellio Greater Anglia services] - 15 minute walk to the stadium.


Where can I park?

Stadium parking is not available for Guided Tours. Free parking (including Blue Badge parking bays) is available in Sainsbury's Tottenham on non-match days and is a 5-minute walk from the Tottenham Experience. Parking is free up to a maximum of 3 hours, but guests are advised to check the latest parking restrictions upon arrival.




Is the Tour accessible?

The Tour is step-free throughout and is wheelchair accessible. There are seated areas at several points on the route, if you would like to borrow a wheelchair for the duration of your tour, you can request this during the online booking process at the checkout stage or by emailing

How can I book an Access/Personal Assistant ticket for my Tour?

You can book tickets online via

If you have a disability and require a personal assistant to support you, a free Personal Assistant ticket can be provided for each paying disabled visitor and these can be added to your booking online. Please note that as children aged 5 and under are entitled to free entry, a personal assistant ticket will not be added in this instance. Personal assistants must assist visitors throughout their tour and visit.

To add a Personal Assistant ticket, on the 'Choose tickets' page, select your tickets and add a Personal Assistant ticket before clicking 'add to basket'.


To help us plan for your visit during the booking, you can let us know of any access requirements you may have or adjustments you may require, eg. bringing your own wheelchair, requiring a temporary require a wheelchair/hearing loop. This can be done during the checkout stage on the online booking. You can do this once you have clicked "Checkout".

Is the Tottenham Experience/Club Shop accessible?

Yes, the Tottenham Experience is fully accessible and was developed in collaboration with our Stadium Disability Inclusion Group, a pan-impairment group.


Do you have Changing Places facilities available?

Yes, there is a Changing Places facility and accessible toilet located in the Tottenham Experience Shop.


Is Blue Badge parking available?

A limited number of Blue Badge spaces are available in Sainsbury's Tottenham. Please see Getting Here.
