What is the Automatic Cup Ticket scheme?

The Automatic Cup Ticket scheme is a system available to season ticket holders whereby payment details are held by the Club and charged automatically for every cup tie played at the Stadium. Season ticket holders will be contacted separately about applying for tickets for games played away from home.

This scheme is fully optional, and no season ticket holder is obliged to register.

 

 How can I register for the Automatic Cup Ticket scheme?

Season ticket holders wishing to register on the scheme should follow these steps:

- Log into your e-ticketing account here

- Click 'My Account' in the top right corner

- Select 'Cup Ticket Scheme'

- Enter your preferred payment card details

An additional 10 ticketing points will be added to your account within approximately 2 weeks of upgrading.

 

I am registered on the Automatic Cup Ticket scheme but can't attend a certain game. What should I do?

It is not possible to opt out for a particular home Cup game. By joining the Automatic Cup Ticket scheme, a season ticket holder is committing to purchase a ticket for every home Cup game, regardless of opponent, date, time or competition.

In the event that a season ticket holder is unable to attend a certain Cup game, they will be able to apply for a refund in accordance with the Club's standard cancellation policy. This must be submitted in writing vai post or email no later than seven days before the game. Any cancellation requests considrered after this deadline will not be considered.

 

Can I remove myself from the Automatic Cup Ticket scheme?

If you sign up but subsequently wish to cancel your participation in the Automatic Cup Ticket scheme, you must put your request in writing via post or message us.

Upon cancellation, 10 points will be deducted from your ticketing point total and it will not be possible to opt back into the scheme for the remainder of the season.

If the payment card that you have registered is declined for two consecutive 'autopay' runs, you will be removed from the scheme with no further notice. Upon being removed from the scheme, 10 points will be deducted from your ticketing point total and it will not be possible to opt back into the scheme for the remainder of the season.
