Parking FAQs

Who can make use of the Club's dedicated accessible parking spaces on match days?

If you are a Season Ticket Holder and have a Blue Badge, you may register your Badge with the Club so that you are eligible to book matchday parking. You do not necessarily need to be registered on the Disability Access Scheme.

If you are a One Hotspur Member and have a Blue Badge, you will need to register on the Disability Access Scheme before you can register your Badge with the Club.

To provide evidence of your Blue Badge, please click here.

How is parking booked?

Once you have registered your Blue Badge with the Club, you will receive an email after each match goes on sale which will link to our online booking system. Please note that parking spaces are allocated on a first-come-first served basis.

When will parking bookings go live for the event I'd like to attend?

We have a dedicated page which is updated regularly to show when our online booking system will open for event day accessible parking.

If you have a ticket for the event and have received confirmation that your Blue Badge details have been registered with the Club, you will be provided with a link via email to the online booking system when it opens. Please ensure that your email address and Blue Badge details are up to date.

What if no spaces are available when I try to book?

Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis so we would encourage you to book your space as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. If spaces are fully allocated, you may wish to check back regularly in case of any cancellations.

Alternatively, supporters with Blue Badges can park within the Major Event Day CPZ in line with the terms and conditions of the Blue Badge Scheme. We would, however, ask that supporters remain mindful of the following points:

  • As you may be parking in residential roads, please be considerate of our neighbours
  • Supporters with Blue Badges are not permitted to park in Homes for Haringey (HfH) estate car parks. A resident parking permit and a Blue Badge is required to park on any HfH estate, and anyone parking without a valid permit will receive a fine or could have their car towed away.
  • Please avoid parking on yellow lines as this could affect pre and post-match traffic flows and various post-math crowd control options.

Supporters with Blue Badges can park outside the Traffic Management (road closure) Zone without any time restriction in line with the Blue Badge Scheme terms and conditions. However, they may have a longer distance to travel to and from the Stadium.

Where are the Blue Badge parking spaces in surrounding areas?

Please refer to the following Local Authority websites for further information and restriction information:

Public Transport FAQs

What train stations are nearest to the Stadium?

The Stadium is accessible by four local train stations: White Hart Lane, Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale and Northumberland Park.

Three of these stations have undergone extensive refurbishments to improve access and capacity. White Hart Lane and Northumberland Park have step-free access, while Tottenham Hale has step-free access to the Victoria line and the northbound Greater Anglia platform. The southbound Greater Anglia platform and Seven Sisters Station are currently not step-free.

How can I travel from these stations to the Stadium?

All the routes from the stations to the Stadium are wheelchair-friendly. Wayfinding signage has also been installed on major routes from all stations.

White Hart Lane station is generally the busiest transport hub, especially in the hour before kick-off.

Is there a shuttle bus service?

We provide pre-booked free shuttle bus services for fans attending home matches. We run high capacity, high frequency services from Alexandra Palace and Wood Green stations.

The Alexandra Palace and Wood Green services are in operation three hours before and two hours after matches. However, supporters are advised not to catch any service less than 50 minutes before kick-off to allow for travel time and security checks at the Stadium.

Although the service is free for all fans attending a game, you will need to register before booking and present your e-ticket to bus staff before entry onto a shuttle service.

The Alexandra Palace and Wood Green shuttle bus services are fully accessible for wheelchair users, although it should be noted that the stations that they serve are not.
