How do I Start an Official Supporters’ Club

If you are the Supporters’ Club Chairperson and do not have a Client Reference Number (CRN), please get in contact with the Supporters Club team who will be able to assist you.

How can I join an Official Supporters’ Club

One of the benefits of joining a Supporters’ Clubs is that they have an allocation of tickets for each Premier League match, however, there are no guarantees of tickets if the demand exceeds the supply.

I am a Supporters’ Club member, how do I buy tickets?

All Supporters’ Club members that would like to attend a match must also have a valid One Hotspur membership.

To apply for a match ticket via your Supporters Club, please contact your club Chairperson for more information. Whilst Supporters’ Clubs have an allocation of tickets for each Premier League match, however, there are no guarantees of tickets if the demand exceeds the supply.

I have requested tickets through my Supporters club, how do I know if I was successful?

You will be contacted by your club Chairperson letting you know if your application has been successful.

I am a Supporters’ Club member, how will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will automatically be loaded onto your Stadium Access Card (see image below of One Hotspur membership card). We are no longer producing e-tickets for matches. If you have misplaced your Stadium Access Card, download the Spurs Official App, where you can access and scan your tickets from your smart phone.

Flag & Banner Policy

We welcome supporters who wish to bring flags to matches at our stadium. Flags should be no more than 250cm in size at their widest or longest section and flagpoles must be no greater than 1m in length.

Flags must not obstruct gangways, access routes, exits and entrances, health and safety signage and stairways. In order to ensure smooth access and display of your flag, we advise that you have it pre-approved. You can do this by emailing a minimum of one week prior to bringing the flag to a match. 

We reserve the right to deny permission or confiscate flags if they are above an acceptable size, compromise public safety or obscure someone's view or a camera position. 

The Club has always considered that a football match is a time to show allegiance to a football team first and foremost. A football match is not an appropriate arena to display flags of any political or religious affiliation or anything that could possibly be considered inflammatory - this can include national flags during times of political conflict, campaigns or issues. 

We shall liaise with other clubs concerning the application of our policy at away matches.
