Ticket Exchange

Q: How do I purchase a ticket on the Ticket Exchange?

A: To check availability on the Ticket Exchange and make a purchase, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/
  • Once signed in, click ‘Find Tickets’ for the match you would like to attend.
  • In the ‘Choose my Own Seats’ tab, all blocks with availability will be shown in blue.
  • Any Ticket Exchange listings will appear in blue and outlined clearly in red.

Please note that Ticket Exchange purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a game is only on sale to Members, only One Hotspur and One Hotspur + Members will have access to the Ticket Exchange.

Supporters are encouraged to check the Ticket Exchange regularly, as Season Ticket Holders are able to list their seats until the day of the fixture.

Q: Who is eligible to use the Ticket Exchange platform to purchase a ticket?

A: Tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange will be subject to the same restrictions of sale in place on all standard general admission tickets for any given fixture. For example, if a game is on sale to Members only, then only Members will have access to the Exchange platform.

All tickets sold on the Ticket Exchange platform are for the use of home supporters only.

Q: I have a purchased a ticket on the Ticket Exchange but can no longer attend the game. Can I get a refund?

A: No. Please be aware that tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. This is because, once you purchase your ticket, funds are automatically allocated to the account of the season ticket holder who usually occupies the seat.

Q: Is there a charge for purchasing tickets on the Ticket Exchange?

A: A flat fee of £4.50 per ticket will be applied to each ticket purchased on the Ticket Exchange platform.

Q: Can I purchase concession-priced tickets on the Ticket Exchange?

A: For a small number of games this season, Concession tickets were sold on the Ticket Exchange on a trial basis. This presented several issues, not least of which were safeguarding concerns surrounding single seats occupied by Juniors and Adult tickets being sold at Concession prices. For these reasons, now that the trial period has ended, the Club has reverted to the pricing policy that was originally in place. Going forward, all tickets listed on the Club’s Ticket Exchange platform will be listed at the prevailing Adult rate.
