Q: How do I sell a ticket on the Ticket Exchange?

A: If you are a Season Ticket Holder, you will be able to list your seat for resale for a game you are unable to attend provided it is a game already included in your Season Ticket. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your account: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/
  • Once signed in, on the home screen click the link under ‘Manage Tickets’.
  • Select the fixture you are unable to attend (it will show once the game is on sale and available on the Exchange platform).
  • Select the seats that you wish to list for resale from those available within your network.
  • Click ‘Sell on Ticket Exchange’. Then click ‘Review Order’, ensure that you have agreed to the terms and conditions, then press ‘Complete Purchase’.
  • You will receive an email to confirm your seat has been listed successfully. If your seat sells, you will also receive an email notifying you of this.

Please note that One Hotspur and One Hotspur + Members are unable to list tickets for sale via the Ticket Exchange.

 

Q: Who is eligible to use the Ticket Exchange platform to sell their seat(s)?

A: All general admission Season Ticket Holders can use the Ticket Exchange to sell their seat(s) for a home game that is included in their Season Ticket. 

Some Premium Members, subject to their package type, will be able to list their seat(s) for sale on the Ticket Exchange via their e-ticketing account. For further details please click here

 

Q: Who is eligible to purchase tickets listed for sale on the Ticket Exchange platform?

A: Tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange will be subject to the same restrictions of sale in place on all standard general admission tickets for any given fixture. For example, if a game is on sale to Members only, then only Members will have access to the Exchange platform. 

All tickets sold on the Ticket Exchange platform are for the use of home supporters only.

 

Q: I have a Season Ticket at a concessionary price. Can I use the Ticket Exchange platform?

A: Yes, you can list your ticket for sale.

 

Q: I am a Season Ticket Holder in one of the Accessible areas of the Stadium. Can I still use the Ticket Exchange?

A: Yes, you can still list your seat for sale online for other members of the Disability Access Scheme to purchase. Should you have any queries, please call 020 8365 5161.

 

Q: I am an 1882 Season Ticket Holder. Can I use the Ticket Exchange platform?

A: 1882 Season Ticket Holders can list their seats for resale on the Ticket Exchange for all 19 home Premier League games as well as home domestic cup ties, as these are included in the 1882 Season Ticket.

 

Q: I am a Premium Season Ticket Holder. Can I use the Ticket Exchange platform?

A: Subject to your package type, you will be able to list your seat(s) for sale via the Ticket Exchange for all home Premier League matches and Cup ties. 

 

Q: Can I post my seat for sale for home Cup ties?

A: Tickets for home Cup games cannot be sold on the Ticket Exchange by Season Ticket Holders. This applies both to those registered on the Automatic Cup Ticket Scheme and those who bought tickets on an individual basis. Any Season Ticket Holder unable to attend a given home cup game may request a refund up to seven days before the game.

 1882 Season Ticket Holders who have domestic home Cup games included in their season ticket may list their seats on the Exchange for those games.

 

Q: What if I change my mind about selling my seat on the Ticket Exchange?

A: If your seat has not been sold, you will be able to cancel the listing via your online account. If it has sold then you will not have this option.

 

Q: Will my Ticketing Points be affected if I sell my ticket on the Ticket Exchange?

A: No, the listing and selling of tickets via the Ticket Exchange will not affect your Ticketing Points total.

 

Q: Can I list my seat on the Ticket Exchange on the phone?

A: No, Ticket Exchange listings can only be submitted through your online ticketing account.

 

Q: Is there a charge for using the Ticket Exchange?

A: No, Season Ticket Holders are not charged for using the Ticket Exchange.

 

Q: What credit will I receive if my ticket sells on the Ticket Exchange?

A: If your seat sells, you will receive a credit for the prevailing Match ticket price for the relevant Match in accordance with the Ticket Exchange Platform terms and conditions. The exact amount will vary depending on your Season Ticket’s price class and the category of game.

 

Q: When will I receive the sum credited to my account for the matches I have sold on the Ticket Exchange

A: As soon as your seat sells for a particular game, your account will be credited with the relevant funds immediately. If you have a UK bank account, you can request to withdraw these funds via a BACS transfer. (Cashback requests are processed on a monthly basis – see Account Cashback for further details.) Any funds left in your account at the end of the season will be applied against the cost of your season ticket renewal next season.

 

Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can sell my seat on the Ticket Exchange per season?

A: You can list your seat for resale as many times as you wish. However, the Club does reserve the right to monitor activity on the Ticket Exchange and discuss ticketing requirements with individual supporters at the end of each season if appropriate.

 

Q: Are there any other ways that I can resell my ticket?

A: No, the Ticket Exchange is the only official and legal way for Season Ticket Holders to resell their seats. You can also forward your ticket to someone in your network via Ticket Share. The strongest possible action will be taken against anyone selling their ticket via any unofficial routes.

 

Ticket Share 

Q: How do I forward a ticket via Ticket Share?

A:  Season Ticket Holders are able to offer their seat to another supporter in their network for any home Premier League game they are unable to attend themselves.

  • Log into your account: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/
  • Once signed in, on the home screen click the link under ‘Manage Tickets’.
  • Select the fixture you are unable to attend (it will show once the game is on sale)
  • Select the seats that you wish to forward from those available within your network.
  • Click ‘Forward to Friend’ and choose who you would like to gift your ticket to from those listed in your network.
  • Click ‘Review Order’, ensure that you have agreed to the terms and conditions, then press ‘Complete Purchase’.
  • Your friend or family member will be notified by email that they have been gifted a ticket. Please note that they will only receive the ticket once they have formally accepted it.

Please note that One Hotspur and One Hotspur + Members are unable to forward any tickets via the Ticket Share platform. 

Concession Season Ticket Holders are able to share their tickets with Adults at no additional cost.

If your friend/family member hasn’t accepted their ticket, you can cancel your request. However, once the ticket has been accepted it is not possible to reverse this.

 

Q: Who is eligible to use the Ticket Share platform to forward their seat(s)?

A: Season Ticket Holders are able to offer their seat to another supporter in their network for any home Premier League game they are unable to attend themselves.

 

Q: Who can I share my Season Ticket seat with via Ticket Share?

A: The Ticket Share platform will permit Season Ticket Holders to forward their ticket to any supporter in their network. Supporters are reminded that they remain responsible for any tickets that they choose to forward.

 

Q: Can I share my Season Ticket with someone in a different age category?

A:  Yes, concession Season Tickets can be shared with Adults, and Adult Season Tickets can be shared with supporters who qualify for concessions.

 

Q: Can I use Ticket Share over the telephone?

A: No, tickets can only be forwarded via the online Ticket Share platform.

 

Q: I am a Season Ticket Holder in an Accessible area of the stadium. Can I use the Ticket Share service?

A: Yes, any Season Ticket Holder registered on the Club’s Access Scheme is able to share their ticket with other supporters registered on the Scheme. This process will be available online in due course, but in the meantime you will need to email access@tottenhamhotspur.com, making sure to include the CRN of the supporter to whom you are trying to gift your ticket.

 

Q: Is there a charge for forwarding a ticket via Ticket Share?

A: There is no fee for the use of the Ticket Share platform.

 

Q: What if I change my mind about a ticket I have forwarded via Ticket Share?

A: If the recipient has not accepted your ticket offer, you will have the option to cancel the pending offer. If they have already accepted the ticket then this cannot be reversed.

 

Q: When is the latest that a recipient can accept a Ticket Share offer?

A: Unless you cancel your offer, the recipient will be able to have the option to accept your ticket until just before kick-off.

 

Q: I have shared my ticket with a member of my network, but it was not accepted. Can I still go to the game?

A: In the event of the ticket not being accepted, your season card will remain active for the game.

 

Q: I have tried to share my ticket but the recipient has declined it. What now?

A: If the ticket has been declined, it will remain loaded on your stadium access card for you to use. Alternatively, you can also select another person to transfer your ticket to.

 

Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can use Ticket Share in a season?

A: You can forward your ticket via Ticket Share as many times as you wish. However, the Club does reserve the right to monitor activity on Ticket Share and discuss ticketing requirements with individual supporters at the end of each season if appropriate.

 

Q: Are there any other ways that I can transfer my ticket to another person?

A: No, Ticket Share is the only official and legal way for Season Ticket Holders to transfer their seats. The Club reserves the right to take strong action against anyone found to be passing or selling on their ticket unofficially.
