Stadium Tours Suspended FAQs

 

Why have tours been suspended?

Following the latest advice issued by the government, we have made the decision to suspend stadium tours with immediate effect. Anybody currently booked on a tour will be contacted directly.

 

My tour has been suspended – how can I reschedule my booking?

If you would like to reschedule, please reply to the email you were sent with your full name, booking reference number and a preferred date from 1st July onwards. A member of our Tours team will get back in touch with you as soon as possible to assist you with rescheduling free of charge. Alternatively, email tours@tottenhamhotspur.com 

 

My tour has been suspended – how can I cancel my booking?

If you wish to cancel your booking, please reply to the email you were sent confirming that you would like a full refund. A member of our Tours team will get back in touch to confirm once your cancellation has been processed. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 working days of the cancellation.

  

I haven’t received an email – has my tour been suspended?

If you have not yet received an email from us, it means your tour is still pending review. We shall continue to keep you updated across Club channels, and via direct email where appropriate, as and when we have any further updates.

  

I haven’t received an email but would like to cancel – can you help?

We would advise you to wait to hear from the Club directly. However, if you would like to discuss your booking, we would encourage you to contact us on tours@tottenhamhotspur.com. A member of the team will get back in touch at the earliest opportunity.

 

I haven’t received an email but would like to reschedule now – is this possible?

Yes, we can reschedule all bookings and will waive any admin fees to do so. We now have dates available from 1st July 2020 until 1st January 2021. Please email tours@tottenhamhotspur.com with your full name, booking reference number and a preferred date.

 

Can I book a tour for later in the year?

Bookings are currently suspended until 30th June, though tours can be booked from 1st July 2020-1st January 2021. Should the situation change, this will be communicated via Club channels.

 

I have a voucher but have not yet used it – will its expiry date be affected?

We will shortly be extending the expiry date of all unused vouchers by three months. This will be automatic and there is no need to contact us.
