How can I return an item for an exchange?

 

**Update March 2020 - In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, if you are unable to return an item due to government social distancing and self-isolation instructions, we will honour a late return as long as the item meets the other terms of our returns and exchange policy detailed below. Recently-purchased items can be returned to our shops within 31 days of them re-opening, or you may send them back to our warehouse when it is safe and responsible for you to do so. If you are UK-based and would like to return an item you have purchased online for an exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us either in store or online. Items you have purchased in one of our Spurs shops can be returned in store or online within 31 days of purchase. Details of the Spurs Shops, and all opening hours, can be located here.

 

We are unable to offer exchanges for customers based overseas.  Therefore if you are based outside the United Kingdom and would like to exchange an item, you will need to follow the returns process for the item you no longer require and purchase the item you do require again.

All goods to be exchanged must be received back with proof of purchase in a new and unused condition. Please try so far as possible to reuse the original packaging material and, if ordered via the Spurs Online Shop, use the return label attached to the invoice.

You must bear all costs (including any customs or duties charges when applicable) associated with returning the items to us unless the products are faulty, incorrectly described, or we have agreed to bear those costs.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery service for expensive items.

 

You will receive an email notification once your goods have been received by our Warehouse. You will receive a separate email confirming once your exchanged item(s) has been dispatched. This will take place, at the latest, within 14 days of receiving the product(s) back from you. We do not charge any additional costs to resend your goods back to you if you decide to exchange for another item, except where you specifically request that we send the replacement items using a delivery service that is not a standard delivery service.
