NOW TV Pass - Guide for Season Ticket Holders

All Season Ticket Holders who confirmed their interest in applying for two free NOW TV Sky Sports Day passes should have received an email containing their codes and information about how to log on and activate their passes. 


Further guidance about how to redeem your voucher codes can be found below. Please note that these codes have been sent exclusively to Season Ticket Holders who submitted their details prior to midday on 17th June.


Please ensure that you do not activate your Day Pass too soon. Your Sky Sports Day Pass will be activated automatically when you start watching any Sky Sports channel, and will only last for 24 hours - so make sure you don't start it too early, or it'll expire before the match is over! We recommend activating it an hour or so before kick-off, to give you time to check everything's working properly.

Step 1 - Copy the voucher code you've been emailed and head online to

Step 2 - Paste it in the box for existing customers, sign in to your account and complete your order. (Or you can apply your code in the usual way, on your device or by signing in to My Account at and hitting the 'Redeem a Voucher' button.)

Step 3 - Your Day Pass is ready to go!

You can only have one Sky Sports Day, Week or Month pass on your account at a time, so if you already have an active pass you will need to wait for it to end before you can use your voucher code. Once you've used your first Day Pass, you can head straight to My Account to redeem your next voucher.



New to NOW TV?

Step 3 - Enter your details, create your account and confirm your order. You'll need to add your payment details to create an account, but don't worry, you won't be charged (except for a 10p charge just to validate your details, which is refunded straightaway.)

Step 4 - Your Day Pass is ready to go! 

Please note - as you can only have one Sky Sports Pass on your account at a time, you'll need to wait until you've used your first Pass before you can come back and add your next one. To do that, just sign in to My Account at, hit the 'Redeem a Voucher' button and paste in your voucher code.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or Executive Member and submitted your details to us before 12pm on 17th June, you should by now have received your two unique codes by email. If you have not received your email, please contact us
