Pre-season Friendlies - N17 Live (Spurs TV) FAQs

Our pre-season matches will be available to watch live online this summer in selected territories via Spurs TV's. They will be available to watch on our dedicated match show, N17 Live.

Passes are available on a match-by-match basis.

Please refer to the guide below for further information about watching our pre-season games on N17 Live, and for troubleshooting steps.

 

How do I watch the pre-season games? 

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or Member, have received your pass via email but do not have an account on the streaming site, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Please click here and select 'Login'.

Step 2: Please press 'Register'.

Step 3: Scroll down and enter your code in the box which states 'Have a gift voucher or discount code?'

Step 4: A success or failure screen will confirm if your code has been accepted and take you to a 'Complete Registration page', where you will be required to provide some basic personal details.

Step 5: Once you have registered, simply log back in before kick-off and click 'Watch Live'

 

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or Member, have received your pass via email and have registered an account previously on live.tottenhamhotspur.com, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Please click here and select 'Login'.

Step 2: Enter your existing username and password to login.

Step 3: Select ‘Profile’ and then ‘Manage Account’

Step 4: Under Active Subscriptions select ‘Join Now’

Step 5: Scroll down and enter your code in the box which states 'Have a gift voucher or discount code?'

Step 6: A success or failure screen will confirm if your code has been accepted.

Step 7: Once you have redeemed your code, simply log back in before kick-off and click 'Watch Live'

 

If you are purchasing your pass directly from our streaming site, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Please click here and select ‘Get a Pass’.

Step 2: Select the product you wish to purchase and press ‘Buy’.

Step 3: When prompted, provide some basic personal details to complete your registration.

Step 4: Enter your payment details to complete your purchase (credit/debit cards and PayPal are accepted).

Step 5: Once the transaction has gone through, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Then simply log back in before kick-off and click ‘Watch Live’ for your chosen game(s). The pass you have purchased will already be associated with your account.

 

What games are being shown on N17 Live?

Our first team squad will play three pre-season matches against EFL clubs at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium later this month in preparation for the start of the 2020/21 campaign.

League One side Ipswich Town will be our visitors on Saturday 22 August (kick-off 3pm) before Championship outfit Reading come to N17 on Friday 28 August (kick-off 3pm). Their fellow Championship side, Birmingham City, visit a day later on Saturday 29 August (kick-off 3pm).

These fixtures are scheduled to be played behind closed doors. However, supporters will be able to watch all the action live, as part of an extended N17 Live streaming service via tottenhamhotspur.com.*

*Streaming service not available in the following countries:

How much will it cost to watch the pre-season games?

A three-game package is available to purchase for £20. Single-game passes for use on any of the three matches will also be available for £10 each, should supporters opt to stream games on an individual basis.

Passes to watch our pre-season games via N17 Live will be available in most countries with the exception of the following:

Supporters who are based in these countries will not be able to access these passes. However, information on broadcasters showing the matches in these territories will be confirmed in due course.

 

What territories can I watch the pre-season fixtures in?

Passes to watch our pre-season games via N17 Live will be available in most countries with the exception of the following:

Supporters who are based in these countries will not be able to access these passes. However, below are the broadcasters showing the matches for these regions. This list is being updated as and when we get more details for each territory.

Do I need a code?

If you have purchased either a three-game package or a single match pass, you will not need a code. Simply log in and you will find that your pass is already associated with your account.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or a One Hotspur Member who was sent a code by the club, you must login to the streaming site here and follow the above steps to log in and redeem your code. If you have already registered your code, you do not need to do it again, simply log in on the streaming site and select "Watch Live"

 

What are the internet connection requirements?

You will require a WiFi or broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) with a minimum download speed of 1.2mbps with latency not exceeding 100ms for SD, and 4bmps with latency not exceeding 50ms for HD.

 

What are the system requirements?  

Your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:

  • Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+ 
  • Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari (Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported for Live Video) 
  • Mobiles & Tablets Operating Systems: Android 6+, iOS 9+ *some OS may still not be supported by manufacturer.

 

I’m having issues with my video feed – what should I do?

During the game, please report your technical issues to Support directly, who will investigate on your behalf. If there are no issues found with the broadcast itself, you will need to complete troubleshooting steps, which may involve confirming details about your device, software and internet connection.

 

What should I do if my feed keeps buffering?

You will need to ensure that your internet connection is fast enough. Try to stop all current downloads and other videos you may be watching. You may also visit www.speedtest.net to test your download speed. Results should show a minimum of at least 2mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

 

I’m receiving a ‘media not found’ error message

Video will only display during the match. If the game has kicked off and you are receiving this message, please contact Support directly.

 

I’ve forgotten my username/password

If you’ve forgotten your username and/or password, please click on the relevant links on the login screen. For any further queries, please contact Support directly so you can receive a username/password reminder.
