Food and Drink - Click & Collect guide and FAQs

To make use of our food and drink ordering service, please ensure you have downloaded the most up to date version of the official Spurs app. 

 

 

 

How to Order  

Step 1: Open the app and select the ‘Stadium’ tab.  

Step 2: Tap on ‘Choose your location’ and select your seating block. You will then be asked to choose the outlet you’d like to order and collect from.  

Step 3: Select your food and drink and add your desired quantity to your basket. To checkout, tap the basket icon in the top right corner of the screen and tap ‘Checkout’. You will then be taken to a payment screen and given an estimated waiting time.  

Step 4: Once you’ve made payment, wait for a push notification or refresh the order page until you receive a message that your order is ready for collection. (Fans in our dedicated wheelchair-accessible blocks will have the option for their order to be taken to them in their seat.)  

Step 5: Once you’ve been notified that your order is ready for collection, proceed to the designated collection point.  

Step 6: Present the barcode from the order page to confirm redemption.  

Step 7: Collect your food and drink and return to your seat.

I’m having trouble placing my order 

If you’ve followed the steps above and are having trouble placing your order, please contact us. 

  

How can I remove an item from my basket? 

If you’ve added an item to your basket and would like to remove it, tap the basket icon at the top right of the screen. To remove an item from your basket, change the quantity to 0. You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the item. 

  

How can I order if I do not have a smart phone? 

If you do not have a smart phone and therefore cannot download the app, you will still be able to place your order in person at one of our kiosks. 

  

How do I make payment? 

We are proud to have a fully cashless stadium for increased speed of service and improved hygiene.  

Payments can be made within the app using Apple Pay or by entering credit/debit card details. 

 

Will alcohol be available to purchase? 

In line with current Government guidelines, alcohol will only be sold when purchased with food pre-match, half-time and post-match. 

Food and drink (other than alcohol) should be consumed in your ticketed seat. Indoor seating areas will be provided on all floors of the South Stand, with additional seating on levels 3 and 4, for food to be consumed with alcohol. 

 

Where can I view allergen information? 

For more information about allergens, please speak to a member of our catering team at one of our kiosks. 

 

Can my order be delivered to me if I am in accessible seating? 

If you are in dedicated wheelchair-accessible seating, you will be able to select this option when you are asked to provide your location. Please note that you may also be asked to provide your specific seat details.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can submit a request to cancel your order by contacting us here, making sure to provide us with your order number. We will contact you to let you know if your order has been cancelled. 

Please note that it may not always be possible to cancel your order as this will depend on the amount of progress that has already been made to prepare it. 

 

Can I amend my order? 

It isn’t possible to amend your order, but you can request to cancel your order by contacting us here (please make sure to provide us with your order number).

How long will I need to wait for my order? 

You will be able to view an estimated wait time for your order prior to making payment. During busier times, this wait time may be longer so please ensure you refresh to view a live update on its progress. 

 

When should I collect my order? 

You will receive a notification to let you know when your order is ready for collection. You will also be given a barcode which must be scanned when collecting your order.  

It is important that you do not try to collect your order unless you have received this notification. 

 

Where do I collect my order? 

When placing your order, you will be told where to collect your order and be able to view a map.

During busy periods, it is possible that it may take slightly longer than expected to prepare your order. Our catering staff will endeavour to keep you updated on its progress via the app and let you know if there are any delays. However, if you have not received any updates and more than 10 minutes has passed since your estimated collection time, please contact us.
