To check whether you have management rights, visit the ‘Network’ section of your online account where you will see a list of everyone currently in your network. Clicking on an individual supporter’s name will show whether you can assign tickets to them or can manage tickets on their behalf.

Please note that if you only have the ability to assign tickets you will be unable to renew their Season Ticket – you must have management rights to do this.

Should you have any queries about your network, please refer to our ‘My Network’ guide.

Will I be sent a new season pass after renewing?

All Season Ticket Holders who renew are advised NOT to delete their existing Digital Season Pass that you have downloaded onto your mobile device. This will be automatically updated ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Supporters who have been issued with a Photo ID Stadium Access Card are advised to retain them as they will remain valid for the 2022/23 season and will be reactivated once you have renewed.

Will I qualify for concessionary pricing?

Supporters who will be changing age bracket from either Child to Young Adult or Senior (65 and over) as of 6 August 2022 will be eligible to pay the concessionary rate for their Season Ticket, provided they sit in an eligible block - if you are eligible for concession pricing, this price will be applied automatically to your renewal.

What if I don’t want to renew?

The deadline to renew your Season Ticket is 5pm on Friday 29 April.

Supporters who do not intend to renew their Season Ticket should simply not make their renewal payment and allow this deadline to pass.

Once the deadline has passed, any remaining seats will be released for other supporters to purchase either as part of the relocation process or to One Hotspur + Members on our Season Ticket Waiting List.

I deferred my Season Ticket and no longer wish to renew

If you deferred your Season Ticket but no longer wish to renew then, as per the above, we would simply encourage you not to make your renewal payment and allow the deadline of 5pm on 29 April to pass.

Once the deadline has passed, we will contact you to discuss the 20% payment you made as part of your deferral process.

I am having trouble renewing my seat

Renewals will be live from Tuesday 8 March - If you are having trouble renewing your seat, in the first instance please ensure that you follow the steps which are outlined in the email inviting you to renew your seat.

If you continue to encounter difficulties, you are welcome to contact us.

How can I relocate my Season Ticket seat?

The renewal email all Season Ticket Holders will receive contains a link to an online form that you may complete to register your interest in potentially relocating seats.

One form per Season Ticket Holder (CRN) can be submitted before a renewal is completed; however, supporters MUST renew their existing seat before the renewal deadline to retain their Season Ticket. Following the closure of renewals, all supporters that have submitted a relocation request form will be invited to go online and select an alternative seat. If there are large numbers of requests submitted, supporters will be invited to view potential relocation options online in order of the dates forms were submitted. Supporters are advised that priority will be given to those needing to relocate on medical grounds.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that all relocation requests will be accommodated and any relocations will be subject to the availability of seats.

What happens if I can’t relocate to a seat I want but have already renewed?

We cannot guarantee that all relocation requests will be accommodated and any relocations will be subject to the availability of seats.

If you are unable to relocate when invited to do so, you will retain your original seat and no further action is required.

If you are unable to relocate your seat and do not wish to keep your Season Ticket on these grounds, we would kindly ask you to contact us prior to the start of the 2022/23 season.

If you have any other queries relating to your Season Ticket renewal, please contact us using this form.
