What is the process for renewing?
All existing One Hotspur Members have been emailed details about the renewals process.
Those who currently pay by direct debit will be notified in advance of their payment being collected. Their membership will automatically renew upon successfully collection of payment on Tuesday 30 May.
Those who pay for their membership by card will have been asked to register card details with us when they purchased their membership. We will attempt to take payment using those card details on Tuesday 30 May and their membership will automatically renew upon successful collection of the payment.
How can I update my payment details?
Please note that the deadline to update payment details was 22 May. As this deadline has now passed, we will automatically attempt to collect payment using your existing details on Tuesday 30 May.
If we are unable to take payment then you will be able to manually renew your membership from within your ticketing account. If you pay by direct debit and your payment failed due to insufficient funds, we will automatically re-attempt to collect payment shortly after.
If we are still unable to collect funds following the second payment attempt but you would still like to renew, please ensure you renew your membership manually within your account no later than Friday 9 June.
Can I upgrade from One Hotspur to One Hotspur +?
The deadline to upgrade your One Hotspur Membership to One Hotspur+ has now passed. The next opportunity to upgrade will be during the renewals period for the 2024/25 season.
What if my payment fails?
Direct Debit:
If you pay by direct debit and we are unable to collect your payment on Tuesday 30 May due to insufficient funds, we will automatically re-attempt to collect payment shortly after. If we are still unable to collect funds following the second payment attempt but you would still like to renew, please ensure you renew your membership manually within your account no later than Friday 9 June.
If we are unable to collect payment because you have cancelled your direct debit, we will not re-attempt to collect payment but you will be able to log into your eTicketing account and manually renew your membership before the renewal deadline.
Card:
If you pay by card and we are unable to collect your payment on Tuesday 30 May, we will not automatically re-attempt to collect payment. However, you can manually make your payment via your eTicketing account.
We will be in touch to let you know if we have been unsuccessful when processing your payment - however, to ensure your membership is renewed successfully, please ensure you have made your renewal payment by the renewal deadline. You may do so by following the steps below:
- Log into your eTicketing account
- Click on the person icon and click ‘Renew Now’ in your notifications
- Select your payment method
- Confirm everything in your basket is correct and click ‘Proceed to checkout’
- Enter your payment details and complete the transaction
Supporters who do not renew their memberships at this time will be able to purchase a membership again in due course. Please note that it will be treated as a new membership and any accrued membership points will not be carried across, and any subsequent Season Ticket Waiting List position will not be retained.
I would like to cancel my membership
If you have purchased a membership but have changed your mind, please note that it will only be possible to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase and providing no benefits of membership have been used (including priority ticket access).
If your membership is unused and was purchased within the last 14 days, you may submit your cancellation request via this form.

Will I receive a membership gift pack?
As was also the case in recent seasons, all Junior members will receive a welcome gift pack following the successful renewal of their membership. They will receive an email to notify them once it has been dispatched; this should be no later than the start of the 2023/24 season.
All non-Junior members will receive a welcome gift voucher to redeem in our online shop in addition to their various other membership benefits.
