Who will receive a Season Ticket invite?

One Hotspur+ Members will be invited to secure a Season Ticket in phases based on their current position on the waiting list.  

All Season Ticket seats are subject to availability and take-up, and as such we cannot guarantee we will get through all waiting list positions at this time.

If you wish to become a Season Ticket Holder with other eligible One Hotspur+ Members on the waiting list, you will be able to do so at this time provided they have also received this invitation to purchase in the same phase and are within your Network.  

 

I am a One Hotspur + Member on the Season Ticket Waiting List but have not been contacted

We shall be inviting One Hotspur+ Members on the waiting list in phases. If you have not yet received your invite, it may be that we have not yet reached your position on the waiting list, or that we no longer have sufficient availability to offer you a Season Ticket.

However, if you think that you should have received an invite (eg. your son/daughter has received an invite and you occupy consecutive positions on the waiting list), you are welcome to contact us so we can confirm if you have been offered a Season Ticket.

 

Is there a deadline to accept my Season Ticket invite?

All Season Tickets are subject to availability. From the date and time listed on your invite, you will be able to log into eTicketing and an online plan will display the available seats from which you can select your Season Ticket seat. 

You shall have an initial priority period in which to select your seat - however, you can also do this in a subsequent phase if you wish, subject to availability. Please note there are only a limited number of seats available. 

Should you only wish to become a Season Ticket Holder with someone who has a lower position on the waiting list, you will remain eligible to do so if and when they are invited, though this will depend on the availability of seats and take-up amongst those above them in the list.

 

My friend and I want to sit together, but they have not received their invite – what can I do?

If you wish to become a Season Ticket Holder with other eligible One Hotspur+ Members on the waiting list, you will be able to do so at this time provided they have also received this invitation to purchase in the same phase and are within your online network.

Season Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis to eligible Members and are strictly subject to availability.

Should you only wish to become a Season Ticket Holder with someone who has a lower position on the waiting list, you will remain eligible to do so when their phase begins, depending on the availability of seats and take-up amongst those above them in the list.

 

Can I sit with an existing Season Ticket Holder?

Please note that, due to limited availability, we are not able to accommodate requests from One Hotspur+ Members wanting to sit with existing Season Ticket Holders. The only exception to this is for Junior One Hotspur+ Members under the age of 18, who are advised to purchase a Season Ticket within their allotted phase and then complete this online form, confirming the details of the existing Season Ticket Holder they wish to sit with.

Please note, all children under the age of 14 must be sat with an adult Season Ticket Holder over 18. Current and new Season Ticket Holders who wish to be seated with a child under 14 may be required to relocate their existing seat.

 

My child is too young to sit on their own, can we be seated together?

Junior One Hotspur+ Members under the age of 18 are advised to purchase a Season Ticket within their allotted phase and then complete this online form, confirming the details of the existing Season Ticket Holder they wish to sit with.

Please note, all children under the age of 14 must be sat with an adult Season Ticket Holder over 18. Current and new Season Ticket Holders who wish to be seated with a child under 14 may be required to relocate their existing seat.

 

How much will a Season Ticket cost? 

A limited number of seats are available across the stadium at a range of price points. The online plan will display the available seats from which you can make your selection. 

 

How do I select and pay for a Season Ticket for 2022/23?

To begin the process of securing your Season Ticket, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your eTicketing Account here when your window opens.
  2. Click on ‘Premier League Season 2022-23’
  3. Select and add your Season Ticket seat into your basket.
  4. Review your seat and, once you are ready, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  5. You can pay for your Season Ticket(s) by selecting 'Credit / Debit Card' and entering your payment details to make your purchase. Alternatively, fans wishing to spread the cost of payment over a 10-month period are able to do so via V12 Finance.
  6. Once you have purchased your Season Ticket, you will receive an email receipt confirming your payment.

Please note that a booking fee is applicable to every Season Ticket purchase of either £2.25 (online bookings) or £3.50 (telephone bookings)

 

Will I be refunded for my One Hotspur+ Membership?

Once your Season Ticket purchase has been processed, we will cancel your One Hotspur+ Membership that has recently renewed for the 2022/23 season and issue a full refund into your e-ticketing account. You will be able to claim this money back by submitting a cashback request via your e-ticketing account - full details on the process and future cashback dates can be found here. These funds will be available for you to withdraw from 10am on Monday 4th July. Alternatively, you can also choose to leave this credit within your account for it to be used against your 2023/24 Season Ticket renewal.

 

Is there an option to pay via finance?

There will be the option to apply for a monthly finance plan (subject to status).

If you wish to pay via V12 Retail Finance*, your loan will be subject to an arrangement fee (admin fee) of 3.75%.

REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLE: One adult Season Ticket purchased at a cash price and amount of credit of £1025.25 would be repaid by 1 monthly payment of £140.98 (which includes arrangement fee of 3.75% equal to £38.45), followed by 9 monthly payments of £102.53. The rate of interest is 0% per annum; the total amount payable is £1,063.70 and the total charge for credit is £38.45. Representative 8.64% APR. Subject to status.

*Application fee is only payable should you be accepted for finance.

 

I require Concession pricing, but this option is not coming up in the area I wish to purchase

Our Season Ticket Price Plan indicates the many areas concession pricing is available in the stadium.

 If you have been unable to locate a concession seat in a particular area, this may be because they are either unavailable in this area or there are no more available in that block. 

 

What happens to my waiting list position if I do not want a Season Ticket at this time?

Should you decide not to take up the opportunity of a Season Ticket at this time, you will retain your place on the waiting list for future seasons.

 

Can I request a seat move if I can't select the seat I want?

All available Season Tickets seats will be displayed online so please only complete your purchase if you are happy with the seat you have selected.

We always look to accommodate seat changes whenever possible - however, please be advised we are currently not accepting any new relocation requests for the 2022/23 season.

Should your medical circumstances change during the season, please do get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

 

ID Validation and Digital Ticketing

 

Will I need to validate my ID after selecting my Season Ticket?

Our general admission ticketing process is now fully digital. 

Season Ticket cards previously in circulation will no longer work and entry to the stadium can now only be gained via the mobile device to which your match ticket is delivered. To support this, and to ensure supporter safety and security, we have been asking all adult Season Ticket Holders to complete our online ID validation process.

All adult Season Ticket Holders, including One Hotspur + Members that accept our Season Ticket offer, are required to complete this process as soon as possible and before the start of the new season.

If you have already validated your ID, you will not be required to do so twice.

 

Will Juniors need to validate their ID?

Season Ticket Holders under the age of 18 do not need to validate their ID at this time. 

Currently all adult Season Ticket Holders, including One Hotspur + Members that accept our Season Ticket offer, are required to complete this process as soon as possible and before the start of the new season.

If you have already validated your ID, you will not be required to do so twice.

 

How can I check if I have already validated my ID?

If you would like to check if you have already validated your ID, please log into your eticketing account.

Once logged in, click ‘My Account’ in the top right corner and then select ‘Identity Verification’ under the ‘Account Management’ section.

If you have already validated your ID, you will see a message confirming this. If you have not validated your ID, you will be able to do so from this page.

What will happen if I don’t validate my ID?

All adult Season Ticket Holders must ensure that their ID has been validated prior to start of the season. Successfully validating your ID against your Season Ticket will activate your ticket for the next season.

 

How will my data be used and stored?

All personal data will be held in strict accordance with our GDPR regulations. 

As per our privacy policy, in order to understand exactly who is in attendance at the Stadium on matchdays, we are asking Season Ticket Holders over the age of 18 to verify their identity by providing the Club with a copy of a valid passport or UK driving licence.

The lawful basis the Club has applied for collecting this data under data protection law is GDPR Article 6(1) – legal obligation; we have a common law duty of care to protect the welfare and wellbeing of individuals who attend matches in the Stadium.

Successful ID validation will ensure that the details we hold on account match those of the named Season Ticket Holder.

Your personal data will be retained only for the purposes stated in the ID validation section of our privacy notice and will be held by the Club for no more than 31 days at which point it will be automatically purged. For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy.

 

What is Digital Ticketing?

Digital Ticketing was introduced from the start of 2021/22 Season and continues to make the matchday entry process as smooth as possible.

The system has been designed to ensure a safe and secure entry process and so we may understand who is inside the stadium on matchdays.

Please note: your current One Hotspur Digital Pass will not longer be valid once you have purchased a Season Ticket Seat. You will be issued with a new Digital Season Ticket Pass before the start of the 2022/23 Season.

 

Will I receive a new Digital Download Pass?


Your current One Hotspur Digital Pass will no longer be valid once you have purchased a Season Ticket Seat. You will be issued with a new Digital Season Ticket Pass.

What if I do not own a smartphone?

Season Ticket holders and One Hotspur Members under the age of 18 who do not have a compatible mobile device can submit a request for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card to enter the Stadium.  Further information on how to obtain a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card to attend future matches at the Stadium.
