Season Ticket Relocations FAQs (2025/26 Season)

Season Ticket relocations will be open from 12 June to 17 June There will be 3 phases to relocate. Phase 3 is subject to availability.

All Season Ticket Holders who applied for a relocation have had the opportunity to choose an alternative seat during these periods. Supporters who chose to move to a seat that is in a different price band to their original are kindly asked to take note of the guidance below.

There will be no further opportunities to relocate ahead of the 2025/26 season. However, if you have a specific medical or safeguarding concerns, please contact us directly to discuss these in detail.

 

 

Season Ticket Relocations FAQs

To complete your relocation, please follow the steps below.

  • All eligible Season Ticket Holders have now been contacted. 
  • Log in to your e-ticketing menu on the home page, select "General Admission Seat Relocations 25-26".
  • You will be able to view available Season Ticket seats across all available areas of the stadium.
  • Please amend the quantity of seats required, when prompted, at the top of the page.
  • All Seats will show as "Adult" and the seat value displayed will be £0.00, when selecting the seat, however, once you have selected your new seat(s), you may check any price difference between your existing seat and the new seat(s) you have selected by hovering over the white "i" icon next to the seat number, with your cursor. This icon will display the price of the season ticket.
  • If you are happy to proceed, select the seat and complete the booking process.
  • Please note, you won't be charged at this stage but will be required to input credit/debit card details to secure the seat.
  • If you select a more expensive seat, we will contact you to confirm how to pay the outstanding balance.

 

 

What if the seat I would like to move to is more expensive?

  • At the time of selecting your new seat, you will not be charged the price difference, even though you are required to input your credit/debit card details.
  • We will contact you with instructions on how to pay the outstanding balance. This payment must be completed by 5pm on Monday 30th June. Your relocation will only be finalised once this payment is received.
  • If you pay for your Season Ticket via finance, your current agreement cannot be adjusted. However, you may apply to finance the price difference if it exceeds £250.
  • If the price difference is less than £250, it must be paid upfront to complete your relocation.

 

What if the seat I would like to move to is cheaper?

  • Season Ticket Holders moving to a cheaper seat will automatically receive a refund of the difference as credit to their e-ticketing account.
  • We will also contact you with details on how and when you can submit a cashback request.
  • If you pay via finance, your first monthly payment will remain the same, but future installments will be recalculated to reflect your new seat price.
