Forgotten Premium E-Ticketing Password

The following FAQs are intended for Premium Members only.

If you are a not a Premium Member but have forgotten your account password, please click here for guidance.


To log into your online account, you'll need your Client Reference Number (CRN) or email address, along with the password you created when you originally registered.


Request CRN Reminder

If you can't remember your CRN, you can either use your email address to log in or request an email reminder. (You will be required to verify your date of birth.)


Request Password Reset

If you can't remember your password, then after confirming your CRN or email address you will be able to submit a request to reset it. You will be sent a link in order to do so, but please note that all links expire within 2 hours of being generated.

If you have requested a reset email but have yet to receive it, please ensure that you have checked any junk or spam folders you may have. You should also add has been added to your contacts if you've not already done so.

If you incorrectly enter your email address when requesting your reset email, this may result in the link not reaching you, in which case you should request a new link using the correct address.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your account, you will need to contact us so that we can update it within your account. Please contact us via this form so we can assist you with this.
