Official Supporters' Clubs - FAQs

We are proud to have over 450 Official Supporters' Clubs in countries across the world, including Australia, Canada, Ireland, Japan, the UK and the USA. Last season alone we welcomed 106 new Official Supporters' Clubs including Salt Lake City, Uganda, Kobe and clubs within the UK such as Lincolnshire, West Cumbria and Warwickshire.

What is an Official Supporters' Club?

An Official Supporters' Club is a group of 15 or more passionate fans who meet up for events and to support Tottenham Hotspur. Wherever you are in the world, being part of an Official Supporters' Club is a fantastic way to bring together like-minded fans in your area.

Official Supporters' Clubs - Match Ticket FAQs

 

Can I request a match ticket through my local Supporters' Club?

Yes. To apply for match tickets via your local Supporters' Club, please contact your Club's Chairperson.

 

Do I need a One Hotspur Membership to purchase tickets through my local Supporters' Club?

Yes, you will require a One Hotspur or One Hotspur + membership to purchase tickets via your local Supporters' Club. You can purchase a membership via our e-ticketing website.

 

Am I guaranteed to get a match ticket if I join my local Supporters' Club?

Although our Supporters' Clubs enjoy exclusive matchday ticket allocations, unfortunately there is no guarantee of tickets when applying via a Supporters' Club, especially if ticket demand for a particular fixture is extremely high. However, we will always do our best to accommodate as many Supporters' Clubs members as possible.

 

 

What happens if a fixture is oversubscribed?

Where we are oversubscribed with ticket requests, unfortunately it will not always be possible for OSCs to receive the full number of tickets they have requested.

Where this is the case, the number of tickets an OSC receives will instead be determined by the extent to which the fixture is oversubscribed and the number of members each OSC has uploaded to the Member Portal.

The less oversubscribed a fixture is, the fewer tickets will need to be removed from each OSC's ticket request for that game. To maximise the number of tickets you are allocated for each game, we would strongly encourage OSCs to ensure the Member Portal has been loaded with details of all their current members.

 

Can I choose where I sit if I purchase a match ticket through my local Supporters' Club?

Supporters' Clubs have an allocation of tickets in various areas around the stadium. Your local Club Chairperson will be able to advise on the areas available and you will be able to submit your location preference through them. They will try to accommodate your preferences within each Club's allocation of tickets where possible.

 

What happens if I miss the payment deadline for a ticket reserved for me by my local Club?

It is very important to ensure that any ticket reserved for you via your Supporters' Club is paid for by the given deadline. Please contact your local Chairperson if you are unsure of the deadline for the fixture that you would like to attend. If you miss the payment deadline then unfortunately your ticket will be released for sale to other supporters.
