Spurs Wishes, a separate initiative within the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, was launched in July 2011 to capture the work already carried out by Tottenham Hotspur Club staff, management and players, for terminally ill fans.
If you have a terminally ill relative or friend who deserves to have an experience provided by Spurs Wishes, then please submit your request using this form . Please note that each case will be considered individually.
