Season Ticket Transfer FAQs

As part of the amnesty period announced in the Club's Ticketing Charter, we have prepared the following FAQs to assist with any queries you may have about transferring the ownership of your Season Ticket.

Please note that this process is separate to the Club's usual Ticket Share option, which permits Season Ticket Holders to forward their Season Tickets on a game-by-game basis. We would kindly ask you that only review these FAQs if it is your intention to permanently transfer your Season Ticket to another supporter.


Can I transfer my Season Ticket to another supporter?

Ahead of the 2024/25 season, should a Season Ticket Holder wish to transfer their Season Ticket to another supporter, they may submit a request to do so by completing this form.

To successfully transfer a ticket, it must first have been renewed in the name of the existing holder.

Please note, we will not be able to consider any requests to transfer a ticket to a supporter who already holds a Season Ticket. This is because supporters are only permitted to hold one Season Ticket in their name.


Can I submit a request to transfer the Season Ticket of a supporter who has passed away?

Yes, where a supporter has sadly passed away then it is possible for their Season Ticket to be transferred to another supporter.

This can be requested via this form, where the requester will also be asked to confirm whether they are the supporter's next of kin and whether their death certificate can be provided. Where documentation cannot be provided then requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All documentation will be handled in line with the Club's privacy policy.


What information do I need to provide?

If you are requesting to transfer your Season Ticket to another supporter, you will be asked to provide your full name, Client Reference Number (CRN) and home address as they appear in your e-ticketing account.

You will also be asked to confirm the name, contact details and CRN of the supporter to whom you would like to transfer your Season Ticket.


Do I need to renew my Season Ticket in order to submit a request?

Yes, even if you intend to transfer your Season Ticket to another supporter, you will be required to renew the Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season prior to the renewal deadline on Monday 20 May.

Payment for the Season Ticket will become the responsibility of the new Season Ticket Holder from the 2025/26 season onwards.


Will I receive a refund for my Season Ticket once I have transferred it?

The original Season Ticket Holder is required to renew their Season Ticket for the 2024/25 season. The new Season Ticket Holder will only become responsible for paying for the Season Ticket from the 2025/26 season onwards.

No refund will be issued once the Season Ticket transfer has been completed, except where a partial refund is required following a change in price class. Therefore if the intention is for the new Season Ticket Holder to pay for the ticket for the 2024/25 season, this would need to be arranged between both supporters.


The supporter I would like to transfer to does not have a CRN

In order to submit a Season Ticket transfer request, the intended recipient must first have their own Client Reference Number (CRN). If they do not already have one, they can create one here.

Please note it will not be possible to submit a Season Ticket transfer request without the recipient having their own CRN.


Can I transfer my Ticketing Points to the new Season Ticket Holder

Ticketing Points are reflective of each individual supporter's membership and attendance history and will therefore not be included in any Season Ticket transfer.


When do I need to submit my Season Ticket transfer request by?

All requests to transfer a Season Ticket via the amnesty process must be submitted by Friday 31 May, in line with the end of the Season Ticket renewal window.

Supporters wishing to transfer their Season Ticket are reminded that they must first renew their Season Ticket before submitting their request form.
