All premium packages are subject to the terms and conditions of purchase.
In accordance with these terms, all premium package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptions will apply in the event that a game is rescheduled.
Where this is the case, purchasers will have the option of requesting a full refund within 5 working days of the announcement of the date change.
You will be notified in writing of the change and will be provided with a form through which a refund request can be submitted.
A member of the team will subsequently be in touch to confirm that the refund has been processed.
