A Personal Assistant ticket is a reasonable adjustment made by the Club to enable a supporter with a disability to more easily attend events at the stadium and access the full range of services when they might otherwise find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access.
This Code of Conduct is intended to set out the standards of behaviour and conduct required of Personal Assistants who accompany supporters to events and matches, both home and away.
By attending with a Personal Assistant, supporters (or those who manage their account) acknowledge that they have read the Code of Conduct and will ensure that they, and their Personal Assistant, will abide by its terms at all times.
- Personal Assistants attend matches and events in order to provide assistance to supporters who are registered on the Disability Access Scheme and should remain with them at all times, except where they are purchasing refreshments, using toilet facilities, or seeking staff support.
- Personal Assistant tickets are only considered valid when used in conjunction with the ticket of the supporter who is registered on the Disability Access Scheme. If for any reason the supporter is unable to attend a match or event for which they have booked tickets, their Personal Assistant will not be able to attend without them.
- Both the supporter’s ticket and their Personal Assistant’s ticket should be presented for scanning upon arrival. All tickets issued digitally should be downloaded on the same phone instead of forwarded individually to separate devices.
- As standard, the minimum age requirement for a Personal Assistant is 14 years old. Should a supporter wish to attend with a Personal Assistant under the age of 14, we would kindly ask them to contact us directly with further information. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in conjunction with our Safeguarding team.
We are always here to help. Supporters who have any queries about their Personal Assistant provision are welcome to contact the Club’s Access Team directly via access@tottenhamhotspur.com.
