How long will it take to deliver my order?
For UK standard delivery, your order will typically be dispatched within 7 working days and take a further 2-5 working days to arrive. For international delivery, your order will be dispatched in the same timeframe, but may take up to 30 working days to arrive. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods.
We do offer an express delivery service for UK orders (mainland only) if the order is placed before 2pm.

How do I track my order?
When placing your order, please ensure that you create an account on our retail website if you haven't already.
After you have placed your order, you will be able to track its status by logging into your account on the retail site.
If you checked out as a guest, please be assured that you will still receive a dispatch email notifying you once it has left our warehouse. You will then be able to use the tracking information to follow your delivery's progress.
How much does delivery cost?
All orders are usually sent out by registered post and all goods are insured for loss or damage. We ensure that all items have appropriate packaging to alleviate the possibility of damage.
Postage and packing costs are inclusive of VAT.
UK Delivery Information
- £4.99 - Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days)
- £6.99 - Express Delivery (Next Working Day When Placed Before 2pm)*
If selecting Express Delivery on a Friday before 2pm, your order will be dispatched on the Friday for delivery on the next Monday. When ordering after Friday 2pm - Monday 2pm your parcel will be dispatched on the Monday and ready for delivery on Tuesday.
If you live in a location that is detached from the UK mainland, please allow for slightly longer delivery times.
