Please select which of the following options applies to you:
Change your home address or phone number
If your home address or contact number has changed recently, to update it please log into our e-ticketing site.
Once logged in, select the head and shoulders icon in the top right corner, then click 'View Account Menu', 'Account Management' and then 'Account Details'.
Then simply click 'Edit', enter your new details and click 'Save'.
Change your email address
Please note that it is not possible to change your email address yourself. If you would like to request a change to your email address, please contact us directly.
Once your email address has been updated, please note that it may take a couple of weeks for the change to filter through to our various mailing lists.
Change your name
If you have recently changed your name, please note that you will need to contact us directly to request that your account details are updated. You will ordinarily be asked to provide proof of your name change, eg. marriage certificate, deed poll, etc.
Close your account
Should you wish to close your account permanently for any reason, please contact us from the email address registered to your membership account and a member of the team will reply to confirm its closure.
Update your email preferences
If you are currently subscribed to receive email notifications from us, you have the option to opt in and out of certain types of communications.
To do so, please log in to our main site. Once you have done so, click your name in the top right corner, then click 'Preference Centre'. You may then choose how you would like to be contacted and save these preferences.
Alternatively, if you would like to unsubscribe from our communications, at the bottom of any email from the Club there will be a 'Manage my preferences' option.
Not receiving emails?
If you are concerned that you are not receiving some or all emails from the Club, firstly please ensure that noreply@tottenhamhotspur.com has been added to your contacts so as to reduce the risk of any emails being redirected to your junk folder.
If you are receiving some emails, follow the steps above to ensure that your email preferences are correct.
If you still believe there are some emails you are not receiving, or if you are not receiving any emails at all, then please contact us directly.
