As part of wider improvements to the digital experience in the coming months, we are upgrading our login system for all supporters.
From Tuesday 2 December, you will use one email address and one password to access:
- The Official Spurs App
- eTicketing
- The Membership Hub
- SPURSPLAY
This will make logging in simpler, more secure and more consistent across all digital platforms.
What's Changing For You
I currently log in with my Client Reference Number (CRN)
If you usually log in with your Client Reference Number, please note you'll be required to log in with your registered email address going forward.
We will email you on Tuesday 2 December with details of the steps you need to follow - the email address we use to contact you is what you'll need to complete this process.
Once you've got details of your email address ready, simply click here (please note this link will not be active until 7.30am on 2 December 2025) and enter your email address and current password. You'll then be asked to enter an authentication code:
This code will be emailed directly to you and will be valid for 5 minutes. Simply check your emails, copy the code, and paste it into the authentication screen. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folders
Once authenticated, you'll be asked to update your password. Please choose something which meets all of our security requirements. It should contain:
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one symbol
Once you've updated your password, you're done! You will be logged into your e-ticketing account as normal. If you have multiple CRNs associated with your email address, click here.
Going forward, you will be required to log in with your email address and updated password.

I use my email address to manage my children's accounts
You'll continue to be able to use your email address to manage your children's accounts going forward - but you'll still need to go through the process of verifying your account and updating your password.
The first time you log in you will be presented with the screen below. Please complete each field with your details and, when prompted, verify your email address and update your password using the steps outlined above.
Once you've completed these steps, you will become the lead account holder for your email address.
Each time you log in going forward, you'll be able to see all of the CRNs/accounts associated with your email address. You'll be able to choose which account you'd like to log in as each time.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have more than one CRN associated with my email address
You will still be able to log in to each of these accounts using your email address, though you will first be prompted to complete the email verification process and update your password.

Please note - as it will no longer be possible to log in via an individual CRN, any supporters using your email address won't be able to log in to their account unless you have shared your email address and password with them. However, we strongly advise against this.
Instead, we recommend that each supporter accesses their account with their own unique email address and password. Supporters can contact us to request to update their email address by clicking here and following the steps outlined.
I want to change my email address
If you'd like to change your email address, please complete this form here.
You will need to do this to log in if your CRN is currently associated with another supporter's email address.
I have forgotten my password
Please follow the forgotten password link on the log in screen.
Someone else manages my account and I can't log in anymore
Following the updates to our log in process, it won't be possible for you to log in with your CRN going forward. You will instead need to log in using the email address associated with your account.
If your account's associated email address belongs to another supporter, the only way to access your account will be to log in using their email address and password.
We strongly advise against sharing login details wherever possible - supporters should ideally log in to their account using their own unique email address. To update your email address, please contact us here. Once we have updated your email address, simply follow the steps to verify your address and update your password and you'll be able to access your account online.
What will happen to my CRN?
Although you won't be able to log in using your CRN going forward, your CRN will still be associated with your account. This will continue to be the number associated with your match tickets, ticketing points and booking history, and other supporters will still be able to add you to their networks using your unique CRN.
