Purchasing a One Hotspur Membership for yourself
Every membership requires a unique Client Reference Number (CRN), which can be obtained by registering on the Club's e-ticketing website.
Once you have generated a CRN by submitting your details, you will be able to purchase a One Hotspur membership.
How to generate a CRN
- If you don't already have a CRN, please register an account on our e-ticketing website.
- Enter your details and check your email for confirmation of your CRN
TIP: Planning to buy more than one membership for family and friends?
For each membership you will need to obtain a separate CRN, each using a unique email address. Once you have obtained the CRNs for each account, you will be required to ASSIGN a CRN to each membership at the 'Your Basket' stage. How to buy a One Hotspur membership
- Login with your CRN by clicking the head and shoulders icon at the top of the e-ticketing website
- Choose your membership from the options provided and click 'Buy Now'
- Select whether you would like to pay by direct debit (UK only) or credit/debit card
- Select 'Add to Basket'
- Make sure the membership is assigned to your CRN, then select 'Proceed to Checkout'
- Complete the payment
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation via the email address registered to the CRN.
Purchasing a One Hotspur Membership as a gift
Every membership requires a unique Client Reference Number (CRN), which can be obtained by registering on the Club's e-ticketing website. This is also the case for Junior memberships.
All accounts, including Junior accounts, must be registered using a unique email address which is not being used by any other account.
If the person for whom you are buying does not already have a CRN, you can create one for them for free.
How to generate a CRN
- If the recipient doesn't already have a CRN, please register them, entering their personal details when prompted
- A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided containing the new CRN
How to buy the One Hotspur membership
- Log in with your CRN
- Select which type of membership you would like to purchase
- Choose your membership from the options provided and click 'Add to Basket'
- Select whether you would like to pay by direct debit (UK only) or credit/debit card
- Select 'Add to Basket'
- Select 'Reassign'. If the recipient is already part of your network, their name should appear. If they are not, select 'Search outside of your network' and search for them using their surname and CRN.
- Once the membership has been assigned to the correct CRN, select 'Proceed to checkout'
- Complete the payment
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation via the email address registered to the CRN.
If you wish to purchase tickets together with this new member, then please add them to your Network.
