Ticket Exchange is the Club’s official online resale platform which enables Season Ticket Holders the ability to transfer a ticket for their designated seat for a designated home fixture they are unable to attend.

Ticket Exchange Key Points:

  • Face-value: Available GA and Premium tickets are listed at full face-value. Concession pricing will be available via Ticket Exchange within the areas that these pricing levels are applicable for the particular fixture. A Season Ticket Holder that successfully sells a seat for a match will receive credit back to the value of the prevailing match ticket price equitable to their Season Ticket pricing level. 
  • No refunds: Tickets once purchased are strictly non-refundable.
  • Limited seating: Availability depends on which Season Ticket holders have listed their tickets at that particular time. If you wish to purchase multiple tickets, if you can't find seats near to each other, keep checking back as Season Ticket holders can list their tickets up to 4 hours prior to kick-off.
  • Member priority: Tickets via the Exchange are available to purchase one (1) per One Hotspur membership, unless it reaches General sale. If your guest isn't a member, check back closer to the match-date to see if Ticket Exchange has been released for General sale.

 

Which matches are available for Ticket Exchange 

  • Premier League matches: Season ticket holders can list their ticket at any time. All available Ticket Exchange tickets will be made available once the One Hotspur priority window has opened.
  • UEFA Champions League matches are not available vi Ticket Exchange, as these are in addition to the Season Ticket and can not be re-sold. See refund process

I'm a Season Ticket Holder, how do I sell my ticket? 

Please note if you wish to list a seat for sale on behalf of another season ticket holder, you will need to have "management" privileges within your network, see My Network for more information.

  • Log in to your account: tottenhamhotspur.com/myspurs/log-in
  • Click ‘My Account’ which should appear in the top right hand corner of your screen
  • Under ‘Ticketing’, choose ‘Manage Tickets
  • Select the fixture that you're unable to attend (it will show once match is on-sale and available on the Ticket Exchange platform
  • Select the seats that you wish to list for resale from those available from within your network
  • Click 'Sell Tickets' - you'll be notified by email once your ticket has been purchased

I'm an Executive Member, how do I sell my ticket? 

Subject to your package type, you will be able to list your seat(s) for sale on the Ticket Exchange via your e-ticketing account. For further details please click here

Ticket Share - How do I gift my ticket for a single match? 

  • Log in to your account: tottenhamhotspur.com/myspurs/log-in
  • Click ‘My Account’ which should appear in the top right hand corner of your screen
  • Under ‘Ticketing’, choose ‘Manage Tickets
  • Select the fixture that you're unable to attend
  • Select the seats that you wish to gift from those available from within your network
  • NOTE: If your friend/family member hasn't logged in for some time, please get them to check their account is still active.
  • Click 'Share Tickets'
  • Choose who you would like to gift your ticket(s) to from those listed in your network
  • Your friend/family member will be notified by email and asked to 'accept' the ticket. If they are a One Hotspur Member, their ticket will automatically be loaded onto their Stadium Access Card. If they aren't a member, they will be able to download their ticket from their account.

If your friend/ family member hasn't accepted the ticket, you can cancel your request. Once accepted it is not possible to reverse this.

Ticket Share - How do I receive my gifted ticket?

You will need an active Customer Reference Number (CRN) to receive gifted tickets. If you have not yet registered for a CRN, or your account has expired, you can create a new one here.  

All Customers will be sent an email and will receive a Print at Home ticket, which they should print on A4 and bring on the Match day to gain entry. Your ticket will be available as an e-ticket, and if you have not received the email, you can request a new one to be sent to you by logging in to your Account here

Ticket Exchange - How do I purchase a listed ticket?

  • Log in to your account: tottenhamhotspur.com/myspurs/log-in
  • Click the match you wish to attend and click ‘Ticket Exchange' available tickets will be listed, please keep checking as it is updated as soon as a Season Ticket holder lists their ticket which can be any time up until four hours prior to kick-off.
  • Please note, it is not possible to get a refund for tickets purchased via Ticket Exchange

Ticket Exchange: FAQs for Season Ticket Holders Wishing to Sell

Q.  Who is eligible to use the Ticket Exchange service to sell their seat(s)? 

A.  All General Admission Season Ticket holders can use this service to sell their seat(s) for a forthcoming home fixture.

A number of Premium Members will be able to use this facility in the near future with full details being circulated by your dedicated Account Manager for full details on the process. Some Premium areas will not be available on Ticket Exchange and members of those areas will be updated on their options in due course.

Q.  Who is eligible to purchase tickets listed for sale on the Ticket Exchange platform?

A.  Tickets listed on Ticket Exchange will be subject to the same restrictions of sale in place on all standard General Admission tickets for any given fixture. Should a fixture sell out to One Hotspur Members then any Ticket Exchange availability will only be open to Members to purchase. Should a match reach a General Sale status to non-members then Ticket Exchange availability would also be open for sale in this way. All tickets sold by Tottenham Hotspur are for home supporters only.

Q.  I have a Season Ticket at a concessionary price. Can I use the Ticket Exchange service?

A. Yes. Available GA and Premium tickets are listed at full face-value. Concession pricing will be available via Ticket Exchange within the areas that these pricing levels are applicable for the particular fixture. A Season Ticket Holder that successfully sells a seat for a match will receive credit back to the value of the prevailing match ticket price equitable to their Season Ticket pricing level. 

Q.  I am a Season Ticket Holder in one of the Accessible areas of the stadium, can I use this service?

A.  Yes, you can still list your seat for sale online for other members of the Access scheme to purchase. Should you have any queries, please call 020 8365 5161.

Q.  I am a Season Ticket Holder on the Automatic Cup Scheme, can I post my seat for sale via the Ticket Exchange service for home cup ties? 

A. Tickets for home cup ties cannot be sold on Ticket Exchange by Season Ticket holders on the Automatic Cup Scheme or who purchase on an individual basis. For any Season Ticket holders who purchases home cup tickets, and are then subsequently unable to attend a request for a refund can be made up to seven days prior to the fixture.

Q.  Are my Ticketing Points affected by using the Ticket Exchange platform?

A.  No. The listing and selling of tickets via Ticket Exchange will have no impact on your Ticketing Points total.

Q.  Is this service available over the telephone? 

A.  No unfortunately due to the number of exchanges that are likely to take place and the need for automation this is an online service only available through your online ticketing account.

Q.  How do I view my Ticket Exchange account? 

A.  You can view your Ticket Exchange account by accessing your online ticketing account. Once logged in go to the Account History section, select Ticket Exchange and you will be able to view a full Ticket Exchange history.

Q.  My friend/relative does not have access to a computer can I trade on his behalf via the Ticket Exchange service? 

A. Yes, please ensure that if you are posting tickets on behalf of another season ticket holder that they are added to the “managed” level of your online network prior to the process.

Q.  What is My Network? 

A.  Adding members to your network will make it easier for you to use our online services. Full details can be found here: My Network

Q.  How much will I be charged for the Service? 
A.  Season Ticket Holders will not be charged for using the Ticket Exchange Platform

Q.  What credit will I receive when my ticket sells on Ticket Exchange for a home fixture?

A.  If a General Admission season seat sells, Season Ticket holders will be notified by email and will receive a credit of the match ticket face value into their eTicketing Account.

Q.  I am an 1882 Season Ticket Holder. Can I use the Ticket Exchange platform?

A.  1882 Season Ticket seats can be listed for sale on the Ticket Exchange for all 19 home Premier League matches as well as home domestic cup-ties. In the event the seat is sold for a PL fixture, the seller will receive the following depending on the match category: Cat A (£98) / B (£95) / C (£80). Credit amounts for domestic cup ties will be confirmed on a game by game basis.

All other aspects of the Ticket Exchange process for 1882 Season Ticket holders will operate exactly as outlined in this section.

Q.  When will I receive the sum credited to my account for the matches I have traded? 

A.  A Season Ticket holder can request to have this as a BACS transfer (credited between the 15th – 20th of each month) or hold this as credit on their account to apply against their renewal for the following season’s renewal. The deadline for each payment run will be published under Season Ticket FAQs

 

Q.  Can I use Ticket Exchange for any home fixture? 

A.  The Ticket Exchange platform will be made available for home fixtures at the Club’s discretion and once all tickets have sold. Updates will be communicated via Club channels when the Ticket Exchange platform opens for each fixture.

Q.  What can I do if I have registered my seat for sale and then change my mind? 

A. If your seat remains unsold you will have the facility to cancel by logging into your online ticketing account.

Q.  I have sold my seat through the Ticket Exchange service and now wish to attend the fixture that I have sold the ticket for, is there anything I can do? 

A. Unfortunately not. Once your seat has sold you are not able to claim your seat. Should tickets remain available you will be able to purchase an alternative seat but this is subject to availability. If you purchase an alternative seat you will be sent a ticket for that seat to use for entry. Your Stadium Access Card will NOT work in this situation.

Q.  What is the latest I can register my seat for sale? 

A.  The deadline to list a season ticket on the Ticket Exchange platform, and for listed tickets to be available for sale, will usually be four hours prior to a home fixture. Should this alter it will be advertised via the Club’s communication channels.

Q.  When can I put my seat up for sale?

A.  The Ticket Exchange platform will be made available for home fixtures at the Club’s discretion and once all tickets have sold. Updates will be communicated via Club channels when the Ticket Exchange platform opens for each fixture..

Q.  Is there a limit to how many times that I can trade a seat in a season? 

A.  Subject to Ticket Exchange being ‘live' for a fixture, you can trade as many times as you wish. The Club reserves the right to monitor activity on Ticket Exchange and discuss ticketing requirements with individual supporters at the end of each season if appropriate.

Q.  Are there any other ways that I can resell my ticket?

A.  No, Ticket Exchange is the only official and legal way for Season ticket holders to resell their seats. The strongest possible action will be taken against anyone selling their Season Ticket via any unofficial routes. You are also able to share your Season Ticket with someone in your online Network by using the Ticket Share facility

Q.  I am unable to attend a home Premier League fixture and want to pass my ticket to a friend/relative instead of selling it on Ticket Exchange. Is this possible?

A.  Season Ticket Holders are also able to transfer their seat to another member of their online Network using the Ticket Share facility, which is the Club’s new ticketing facility which gives Season Ticket holders the ability to electronically transfer their ticket to a game they cannot attend to a family member or friend.

Q.  Can I check the status of my posted seat(s) online?

A.  You can view your Ticket Exchange account by logging into your online Ticketing account. Once you are logged in please visit My Account, then the Account History section and select Ticket Exchange.

Q.  Will I be notified on the status of my seat once the service has closed?

A.  We would always recommend that you visit your online account for confirmation on the status of your seat once the service has closed. If you do not have access to your online account or have not received notification on the status of your seat you can alternatively contact the Ticket Office telephone line on 0344 844 0102 and select Option 2. Monday- Friday 9:30am-5:00pm.

Q.  I Would like to sit in another seat, I listed my Season Ticket on Ticket Exchange, can I purchase an alternative seat? 

A.  While tickets are on sale to Members only, the limitations will prevent Season Ticket Holders from purchasing another ticket. Once your Season Ticket seat sells then you will be able to purchase an alternative seat, subject to availability.

Q.  I have more than one season ticket seat within my network that I wish to post via the Ticket Exchange.  Can I post them so they can only be sold as a group?

A.  At present, it is not possible to restrict your group to be sold in this way via the Ticket Exchange. Each seat will be posted individually for resell once successfully posted.

Ticket Exchange: FAQs for supporters wishing to purchase

Q.  Who is eligible to use the Ticket Exchange platform to purchase a ticket? 

A.  Ticket availability will be managed in line with the main General Admission match ticket sale. If a match sells out to One Hotspur members then Ticket Exchange availability will be limited to One Hotspur Members without a ticket for that fixture. Equally, if a match is subject to any restrictions for any security reasons then these restrictions will also apply to Ticket Exchange availability and if the game does not sell out to One Hotspur members then non-members can apply.

Q.  What will I be charged to use this service? 

A.  A flat fee of £4.50 per ticket will be applied to any tickets purchased via the Ticket Exchange platform.

Q.  When will the Ticket Exchange service be available for a fixture? 

A.  The Ticket Exchange platform will be made available for home fixtures at the Club’s discretion and once all tickets have sold. Updates will be communicated via Club channels when the Ticket Exchange platform opens for each fixture.

Q.  Can I purchase concession priced tickets on Ticket Exchange?

A. Concession pricing will be available via Ticket Exchange within the areas that these pricing levels are applicable for the particular fixture. 

 

Q.  What happens after I have purchased a ticket? 

A.  You receive a confirmation email containing the relevant seat information; simultaneously your One Hotspur membership card will be activated with the relevant fixture. If a non-Member purchases a ticket via Ticket Exchange then a match ticket will be issued via eticket or sent in the post.

Q.  As a One Hotspur Member will I receive Ticketing Points if I buy a ticket via Ticket exchange?

A.  Yes. Once you have purchased a ticket the points for that fixture will be added to your membership account.

Q.  I have purchased a ticket via Ticket Exchange but am no longer able to attend the match can I get a refund? 

A. No, unfortunately you will not be able to get a refund for any tickets purchased via Ticket Exchange.

Q.  I'm a Season Ticket Holder and sold my ticket, can I use this service to purchase a ticket in another section?

A.  If your Season Ticket seat has sold on Ticket Exchange you will be able to purchase another seat via Ticket Exchange, subject to availability.

Q.  I am considering purchasing a ticket in the 1882 Package seats via Ticket Exchange. What is included in this package?

A.  When purchasing a ticket in this area you will have access to complimentary pre-match food from our signature fan favourites ranges, a complimentary match programme and a complimentary drink at half-time.

Q.  I am on the Disability Access Scheme, and a One Hotspur Member, can I use this service to purchase tickets? 

A.  Yes. Any tickets for the accessible areas via Ticket Exchange will only be available to supporters that are already registered on the Club’s Access Scheme. Tickets for Accessible area are not available online and can only be purchased via 0208 365 5161.

Q.  I’m not a member, can I use this service to purchase a ticket?

A.  Ticket availability will be managed in line with the main General Admission match ticket sale. If a match sells out to One Hotspur members then Ticket Exchange availability will be limited to One Hotspur Members without a ticket for that fixture. Should a match reach a General Sale then non-members will be able to purchase tickets via Ticket Exchange, subject to availability.

 

Ticket Share FAQs: 

Ticket Share is the Club’s new ticketing facility which gives Season Ticket holders the ability to electronically transfer their ticket to a game they cannot attend to a family member or friend.

Once a Season Ticket Holder has transferred their ticket to a fan via their online account and the recipient has accepted the transfer the match ticket will be loaded on to the Stadium Access Card of the Member receiving the ticket. If the ticket is shared with a non-member then an eticket will be issued to the recipient once the offer has been accepted.

The Stadium Access Card of the Season Ticket holder forwarding his ticket will then be deactivated for the fixture.

Ticket Share - transferring your ticket to a friend/family member

A.  Who is eligible to use the new Ticket Share service to share their seat(s)?

Q.  One Hotspur Season Ticket Holders are able to offer their season ticket seat to a friend or relative if they are unable to attend a home Premier League match (they do not need to be a One Hotspur Member, they just need to register for free to receive a CRN).

A.  Who can I share my Season Ticket seat with via Ticket Share?

Q.  The Ticket Share platform will allow a Season Ticket holder to transfer their seat for any home Premier League match they are unable to attend to any supporter that is registered on the ticketing database. This supporter MUST also be in the online Network of the Season Ticket holder. All tickets issued via the Ticket Share process are for home supporters only.

A.  I am a member who has accepted a ticket via Ticket Share. Will be my membership card be activated?

Q.  If you are a member, your Stadium Access card will be activated with the relevant ticket details.

A.  I am a One Hotspur+/One Hotspur Member can I transfer my ticket using this service?

Q.  No, unfortunately you will not be able to share your tickets via this service.

A.  I am a Season Ticket holder on the Automatic Cup Scheme. Can I use Ticket Share for home cup ties (ie UEFA Champions League Match tickets Spurs v Manchester City)?

Q.  From the start of the 2019/20 season tickets for home cup ties can be sold on Ticket Exchange by Season Ticket holders on the Automatic Cup Scheme. This excludes ticket holders who are relocated due to competition regulations and requirements. These supporters will be required to purchase an alternative seat for these fixtures. For these supporters, they will be able to request a refund if, after purchase, they are no longer able to attend but will not be able to transfer this ticket to another supporter via the Ticket Share process.

Q.  Is this service available over the telephone?

A.  No, unfortunately due to the number of transfers that are likely to take place and the need for automation this is an online service for all Adult Season Ticket holders.

Q.  I am a Season Ticket Holder in an Accessible area of the stadium can I use the Ticket Share service?

Q.  Yes, please contact the Access Team on 0208 365 5161 for more details as it is not possible to do this online. Any season ticket holder who is part of the Club’s Access Scheme will only be able to share their ticket with another member of that scheme.

Q.  My friend does not have access to a computer can I send their ticket for them via the Ticket Share service?

A.  Yes, please ensure that if you are posting tickets on behalf of another season ticket holder that they are added to the “managed” level of your online network prior to the process.

A.  No, unfortunately once a ticket has been accepted on Ticket Share your season card will be deactivated.

Q.  When can I transfer my seat for a game?

A.  The Ticket Share service will be available once a Premier League home fixture has sold out.

Q.  Is there a limit to how many times that I can use Ticket Share in a season?

A.  Subject to Ticket Share being ‘live’ for a fixture, you can transfer for as many fixtures as you wish. The Club reserves the right to monitor activity on Ticket Share and discuss ticketing requirements with individual supporters at the end of each season if appropriate.

Q.  Are there any other ways that I can transfer my ticket to another person?

A.  No, Ticket Share is the only official and legal way for Season ticket holders to transfer their seats. The Club reserves the right to take action against anyone found to be passing or selling on their season ticket unofficially.

Q.  I am a Member who has had a ticket sent to them via Ticket Share. How will I know?

A.  You will receive an email to your registered email address notifying you that a ticket has been sent to you to accept.

Q.  I am a non-Member. How will I receive my ticket?

A.  Once you accept the offered ticket it will be sent to you via email as an eticket for you to print off and bring to the stadium to gain entry.

Q.  How do I accept a ticket that has been sent to me via Ticket Share?

A.  You need to log in to your online ticket account and go to the ‘Manage Tickets’

Q.  Can I check the status of my shared seat(s) online?

A.  Yes, you can view your Ticket Share account by logging into your online Ticketing account. Once you are logged in please visit ‘My Account’.

Q.  When is the latest that a Recipient can accept a Ticket Share offer?

A.  You can select the date & time the recipient has to either accept or decline the Ticket Share offer. The facility will be unavailable from four hours prior to kick off.

Q.  I have shared my ticket with my friend/relative but they have not accepted within the deadline, what will happen to my ticket, can I still go to the game?

A.  Should your ticket not be accepted then your season card will remain active for the relevant game.

Q.  If the person I have shared my ticket with has declined can I select another person to transfer to?

A.  Yes, you can select another person within your network to share your ticket with.

Q.  What if I share a ticket and the recipient does not accept or decline the ticket?

A.  If a Ticket Share offer is not accepted or is declined within the default date and time, the offer will expire without notice and the original tickets will be valid for entry to the game. Be sure to remind the recipient to accept the transfer.
