In accordance with the regulations imposed by our couriers, we cannot deem a parcel lost until ten (10) working days from the point of dispatch from our warehouse for UK customers (Royal Mail) and twenty-five (25) working days for overseas customers.
Once the 10/25 working days have elapsed, please contact our Mail Order team, who will assist you with completing a declaration form which confirms you have not received your goods. We will then use the completed declaration form to provide Royal Mail/your courier with the details of the lost parcel so they can begin their investigations.
Please be aware that we will not be able to begin any investigations if you contact us before 10/25 working days have elapsed. However, you can check the status of your delivery with Royal Mail (UK) or your international courier directly.
