Process for Lost Parcels

In accordance with the regulations imposed by our couriers, we cannot deem a parcel lost until ten (10) working days from the point of dispatch from our warehouse for UK customers (Royal Mail) and 30 working days for overseas customers. 

Once the 10/30 working days have elapsed, please complete this form to provide us with all the information we require to commence an investigation with Royal Mail/your international courier. 

Please be aware that we will not be able to begin any investigations if you contact us before 10/30 working days have elapsed. However, you can check the status of your delivery with Royal Mail (UK) or your international courier directly.
