Booking a Tour FAQs
What do Stadium Tours include and how do I book tickets?
Our Stadium Tours provide behind-the-scenes access to our world-class Stadium, offering a unique opportunity to explore pitchside and follow the players' journey, as well as exclusive access to First Team facilities, NFL locker rooms and media areas.
Bookings can be made online via www.tottenhamhotspurstadium.com. Tours are available to book according to timeslots up to every 15 minutes. When booking, you can select a date in the future or opt for the next available date.
Please note that all dates are subject to change dependent on the fixture schedule/operational requirements. Should any changes affect an existing booking you have made, a member of the Tour team will get in contact with you directly.
Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members recieve a gift voucher which can be used towards their Stadium Tour, whilst Junior Members also receive a free Stadium Tour with every paying adult.
We would also recommend taking a look at our Family Packages and bundle prices. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Tours are the perfect day out for the family, and our exclusive price packages offer the chance to book together for the best possible price!
Why isn't the Tour date I want showing?
As we are a working stadium, Tours do not operate on some event days and may run less frequently on the day(s) immediately before an event. For further information about these dates, please see Major Stadium Event Dates If your preferred date isn't available, we would be more than happy to welcome you on an alternative day instead.
How long does a Stadium Tour take?
Multimedia devices are provided for each Stadium Tour booking. These devices allow you to explore the Stadium at your own pace, but we recommend leaving up to 90 minutes for your Tour.
The penultimate stop on your Tour will be the M Café where you are invited to take a seat and enjoy an array of hot and cold refreshments. More information on the M Café can be found here.
Visitors who wish to purchase hot food and who are booked onto the last Stadium Tour of the day are encouraged to visit the M Café prior to their Tour. After checking in at the Tours desk in the Tottenham Experience, you will receive a wristband which will grant you access to the M Café.
What languages are Stadium Tours in?
In addition to English and British Sign Language (BSL), Stadium Tour multimedia devices are available in the following languages:
