Membership Renewals 2026/27 FAQs

All existing One Hotspur Members will be emailed details about the renewals process.

All members will be notified in advance of their payment being collected. Their membership will automatically renew upon successful collection of payment between 18 and 30  June.

Those who pay for their membership by card will have been asked to register card details with us when they purchased their membership. We will attempt to take payment using those card details on 26 June.

To upgrade your one hotspur membership renewal, One Hotspur Members needed to complete the form supplied in the membership renewal email sent to supporters on the 5th June. The deadline to complete this form was 1pm 15 June 2026. If you did not complete this form, unfortunately we are no longer able to upgrade requests past this deadline. You will need to request a membership cancellation within 14 days of the membership renewal occurring on the 26th June and purchase a new One Hotspur + membership under your CRN. 

To cancel your one hotspur membership auto renewal, One Hotspur Members needed to complete the form supplied in the membership renewal email sent to supporters on the 5th June. The deadline to complete this form was 1pm 15 June 2026. If you did not complete this form, unfortunately we are no longer able to process opt out requests past this deadline. Should your membership auto renew and payment is collected on the renewal date of 26th June, details on how to request a cancellation and have your membership refunded will be released shortly.

Currently it would not possible to update your registered payment method however should your automatic payment fail, we will be in touch via email with further details on how to update your details and renew manually.

Membership Benefits including vouchers will be available from July.

As was also the case in recent seasons, all Junior members will receive a welcome gift pack following the successful renewal of their membership. They will receive an email to notify them once it has been dispatched; packs will be dispatched from August.

All non-Junior members will receive a welcome gift voucher to redeem in our online shop in addition to their various other membership benefits.
