Season Ticket Relocations FAQs (2024/25 Season)

All Season Ticket Holders who applied for a relocation have had the opportunity to choose an alternative seat. Supporters who have chosen to move to a seat that is in a different price band to their original are kindly asked to take note of the guidance below.

There will be no further opportunities to relocate ahead of the 2024/25 season, but if you have any specific medical or safeguarding concerns you would like to make us aware of, we would politely ask you to contact us to discuss them in further detail.

Season Ticket Relocations FAQs

What if the seat I would like to move to is more expensive?

You will not have been charged for the price difference at the point of selecting your seat, even though you were required to input credit/debit card details.

We will contact you with information on how to pay the outstanding balance - this payment must be made by 5pm on Thursday 20 June. Your relocation will only be complete once this final payment has been made.

If you pay for your Season Ticket via finance, it will not be possible to adjust your finance agreement but you will have the option of applying to pay for the price difference via finance so long as the balance is greater than £250.

If the price difference is less than £250, it will need to be paid up front to complete your relocation.

What if the seat I would like to move to is cheaper?

Season Ticket Holders who are moving to a cheaper seat will automatically be refunded the difference as credit to their e-ticketing account.

We will also contact you in due course with information on how and when you will be able to submit a cashback request.

If you pay for your Season Ticket via finance, your first monthly payment will be the same amount as you were originally due to pay. The amount you are required to pay in all remaining instalments will be recalculated to reflect the price of your new seat.
