To complete your relocation please follow the steps below:
All eligible Season Ticket Holders have now been contacted.
Log in to your e-ticketing menu on the home page, select "General Admission Seat Relocations 26-27".
You will be able to view available Season Ticket seats across all available areas of the stadium.
Please amend the quantity of seats required, when prompted, at the top of the page.
The seat value will be displayed as £0.00 and all seat prices, to compare your current seat with the new selection, can be reviewed by hovering over the white “i” icon next to the seat number, with your cursor. Please ensure you select the price class for which the eligible supporter qualifies, when selecting the seat.
If you are happy to proceed, select the seat and complete the booking process.
Please note, you won't be charged at this stage but will be required to input credit/debit card details to secure the seat.
If you select a more expensive seat, we will contact you to confirm how to pay the outstanding balance.
What if the seat I would like to move to is more expensive:
At the time of selecting your new seat, you will not be charged the price difference, even though you are required to input your credit/debit card details.
We will contact you with instructions on how to pay the outstanding balance, including deadline to pay, shortly after the conclusion of the relocation period. Your relocation will only be finalised once this payment is received.
If you pay for your Season Ticket via finance, your current agreement cannot be adjusted. However, you may apply to finance the price difference if it exceeds £250.
If the price difference is less than £250, it must be paid upfront to complete your relocation.
What if the seat I would like to move to is cheaper:
Season Ticket Holders moving to a cheaper seat will automatically receive a refund of the difference as credit to their e-ticketing account.
We will contact supporters who are eligible for this credit in due course with details on how and when you can submit a cashback request.
If you pay via finance, your first monthly payment will remain the same, but future instalments will be recalculated to reflect your new seat price.
