Moved into a more expensive seat:
If you have opted to move into a more expensive price band than your previous seat and you are now required to pay the outstanding balance.
Log into your eTicketing account
Your new seat will show in your notifications – click on your notifications to see the new price of your seat
Add your new seat at the prevailing price into your basket and proceed to Checkout
At Checkout, you will be required to make a payment for the outstanding amount*
You will be able to pay the remaining balance until 5pm on Tuesday 30 June.
*Please note: All monies you had previously paid towards your Season Ticket have been refunded as credits to your account and will be applied towards the cost of your new seat. If the difference is less than £250 you will not be able to select V12 as a method of payment.
Moved into a cheaper seat (card payment):
If you have opted to move into a cheaper price band than your previous seat your seat move has now been confirmed - your account will update in the next seven days to reflect your new seat.
As your new seat is in a lower price band than your previous seat, the difference between the two seats has been credited to your eTicketing account.
If you wish to withdraw these funds, and any other credit in your account within our next cashback window, you will have access to submit your details from 10am on Friday 3 July. All details surrounding cashback windows for 26/27 will be updated here in due course. If you would prefer to leave this credit in your account to use towards next year's Season Ticket renewal, then you do not need to do anything at this time.
Moved into a cheaper seat (V12 Finance payment):
If you have opted to move into a cheaper price band than your previous seat your seat move has now been confirmed - your eTicketing account has been updated to reflect the changes.
As your new seat is in a lower price band than your previous seat, your V12 finance plan will be adjusted to reflect the lower amount. Your first monthly payment will be the same amount you were originally due to pay, then remaining instalments will be recalculated to reflect the remaining price due for your new seat. You will be contacted by V12 finance with your new payment plan schedule.
Moved within same price band:
If you have opted to move within the same price band as your previous seat your seat move has now been confirmed - your account will update in the next seven days to reflect your new seat.
Can I still use my existing Digital Pass/ Stadium Photo ID card?
As you will have a new seat for next season, we would kindly ask you to remove/delete your Digital Pass from your mobile wallet – this will no longer be valid. Those that have chosen to move to a more expensive seat should only do once payment has been completed.
You will be sent a new link before the start of the 2026/27 Season from which you will be able to download your new Digital Season Pass. If you had a Stadium Photo ID Card for the 2025/2026 season, you will need a new card for the new season as your current one will no longer be valid. Please fill in this form before 5pm on Monday 27 July to order a replacement.
