Mascot Experiences FAQs

All Junior One Hotspur Members and Junior Season Ticket Holders will be able to enter a ballot to be matchday mascots for both home and away fixtures.

Mascot ballots will be emailed out for every 5 upcoming games, giving all Juniors aged 5-14 the opportunity to win this experience.

What is involved in a mascot experience?

Mascot experiences are free and inclusive of:

  • A full Home Kit
  • A pre-match meet and greet/autograph opportunity with the First Team squad
  • Two matchday tickets tickets for the Junior and accompanying adult, located within our North Stand family section
  • A team photograph taken by our professional matchday photographer out on the pitch
  • A copy of the matchday programme - in which your individual profile will be featured on our Junior pages

Who can apply for a mascot experience?

Our mascot packages are one of a number of free benefits available to One Hotspur Junior Members and Junior Season Ticket Holders aged 5-14.

How can I apply?

Mascot ballots will be emailed out for every 5 upcoming games. Upon receipt of the email, Juniors may apply for upcoming games, though they should not apply for games they are unable to attend as places cannot be deferred.

How are winners chosen?

Winners of the mascot packages are selected via a draw. Unfortunately, we are unable to prioritise individual requests.

What if I can’t attend the game I’m selected for?

Supporters can apply for mascot experiences on a game-by-game basis. We would therefore advise only applying for games that you are able to attend.

Is there a waiting list?

Although there is no longer a waiting list, as previously communicated, throughout the 2022/23 season Juniors who were previously on the mascot waiting list (or who had their place cancelled due to fixture postponements) were prioritised.

Is there any other way to obtain a mascot place?

As an alternative to entering the draw, Juniors can apply for a matchday mascot place through our charity scheme, in support of the important work of the Club's Foundation in the local community.
