Purchasing a Gift Voucher FAQs

 

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

It's very easy to purchase a Gift Voucher for any of our exciting experiences! Please follow the steps below:

  • Visit our gift vouchers page and select the experience you'd like to purchase a voucher for
  • Select the appropriate price class (eg. Adult, Child, etc) and click 'Add Gift to Order'
  • If there are any additional vouchers you'd like to purchase, or any add-ons you'd like to add to your experience, simply repeat the steps above.
  • Once you have the total number of vouchers required, click 'Proceed to Checkout'
  • Enter your details (not the recipient's) and complete your purchase

Once our purchase has gone through, your voucher(s) will be emailed to you individually via the address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to an hour for all gift vouchers to arrive.

 

Can I purchase multiple gift vouchers??

Yes! You can purchase as many gift vouchers as you like for each of our exciting experiences, though please note that they must be added to your basket one at a time.

Please follow the steps below:

  • Visit our gift vouchers page and select the experience you'd like to purchase a voucher for
  • Select the appropriate price class (eg. Adult, Child, etc) and click 'Add Gift to Order'
  • Once added to your basket, to add additional experiences or add-ons to your order, click 'Gift Vouchers' and repeat the steps above until you've added all required vouchers to your basket
  • When you have added everything, click 'Proceed to Checkout'
  • Enter your details (not the recipient's) and complete your purchase

Can I purchase gift vouchers for multiple attractions?

Yes! You can purchase vouchers for as many of our experiences as you like. You can purchase them all in the same transaction but please note that each individual voucher must be added to your basket one at a time.

Can I purchase vouchers as a gift?

Absolutely! Our exciting experiences make perfect gifts for any Spurs fan or adventure-seeker.

To purchase a voucher as a gift, please refer to these steps.

Please note that you can purchase more than one voucher in a single transaction, and any extras you would like to add to an experience will need to be added to your basket individually. Each time you add a voucher to your basket, you'll be given the opportunity to add additional experiences and add-ons.

When you are prompted to enter your details at checkout, please ensure that all details you provide are your own and not the recipient's. Each voucher will be sent individually to the email address provided at checkout. 

Gift vouchers may take up to one hour to arrive. Once received, each voucher will provide the option to send it via email to the lucky recipient. Alternatively, you may also print it and present it to them.

 

 

Receiving and Redeeming Gift Vouchers FAQs

 

How will I receive my gift voucher?

Your gift voucher will be emailed to you via the email address provided at the point of purchase.

If purchasing multiple vouchers, please be aware that each voucher will be sent individually and may take up to one hour to arrive.

If you do not receive your voucher within this timeframe, please check your spam folder and search for "Tottenham Experience" in your inbox. If you are still unable to locate it, or if you believe you may have entered the incorrect email address when purchasing, please contact us.

 

How do I share my gift voucher?

When your voucher is emailed to you, it will contain an option for you to forward it to the intended recipient via email. Alternatively, you can also view and print the voucher so that you can present it to them.

 

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Each voucher has its own unique code. To redeem each voucher, simply head to our website, select your attraction and choose a date/time as well as your correct price class.

Once it has been added to your basket, click "Proceed to Checkout". You must then choose "Apply a Gift Voucher" as your payment method and enter your unique voucher code. Depending on your voucher type, this may either be a 10-digit code of numbers and letters OR a 5-digit number. You will be able to enter more than one code per transaction if redeeming multiple vouchers at once.

Continue and complete your booking! You will then be sent an e-ticket. (Both electronic and printed copies are accepted.)

 

Can I upgrade my voucher?

Each voucher is bought for a particular age category and, in the case of The Dare Skywalk, climb type.

When redeeming your voucher, you will be required to select the attraction and age category you are redeeming it against.

If you would prefer to upgrade to a more expensive experience (eg. from a Child ticket to an Adult ticket, or from a Weekday to a Weekend Climb), you may do so by selecting your preferred experience. You will still be able to use your voucher - however, you will be required to pay the difference in price at checkout.

Please note that if your voucher is redeemed against a less expensive product, we will be unable to refund the price difference.

When do gift vouchers expire?

All gift vouchers are valid for one calendar year from the original purchase date.

 

Can I cancel my gift voucher?

Please note that, as per the terms and conditions agreed to at checkout, we are unable to provide any full or partial refunds once a voucher has been purchased.

 

Can I spend my gift voucher in the Spurs Shop or the Tottenham Experience?

No. Your gift voucher may only be redeemed for attractions available to book on our Visitor Attractions website. These include Stadium Tours, Legends Stadium Tours, The Dare Skywalk, and The Dare Skywalk Edge.

 

I redeemed my gift voucher but my experience was unexpectedly cancelled - now what?

As a working stadium, there are very rare occasions on which scheduled experiences cannot go ahead as planned. Where this is the case, we will contact you and provide you with the opportunity to reschedule.
