Existing Bookings (Season Ticket Holders)

This is our existing bookings guidance for Season Ticket Holders. If you are not a Season Ticket Holder, please see our guidance for One Hotspur Members or non-Members.


I can't attend a fixture I have a ticket for

As a Season Ticket Holder, if you are unable to attend any of the games that are included in your Season Ticket, you will have the option to gift your ticket via Ticket Share or list it for resale on the Ticket Exchange when these platforms are operational. You can check this on our Important Dates page.

If you make a separate purchase for a Cup game which you are no longer able to attend, you may contact us to request a refund no later than 7 days before the game.


Can I make changes to a booking I have made?

If you have made a separate purchase for match tickets and would like to enquire about making an amendment to the booking, please contact us.
