Purchasing Tickets (Season Ticket Holders)

All 1882 Season Ticket Holders have domestic Cup games included in their Season Tickets and therefore do not need to purchase a ticket for these games.

There will be a dedicated priority sales window for Season Ticket Holders for all Cup games.

Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase their usual seat for Cup games, except where the seat may be unavailable for operational reasons (in which case supporters will be contacted). They will also have the option to purchase an alternative seat elsewhere should they prefer.

Specific on sale dates will be announced for each fixture via official Club channels.

As standard, Season Ticket Holders will receive a priority window in which they may purchase their usual seat before sales open to other supporters. If a Season Ticket Holder would prefer to sit elsewhere for a particular Cup game, there is no obligation to purchase their usual seat - they will still have the opportunity to purchase a seat elsewhere in the stadium during subsequent sales windows.

Information on the use of the Ticket Share and Ticket Exchange platforms will be communicated on a match-by-match basis for all Cup games.

European games are not included in 1882 Season Tickets, but 1882 Season Ticket Holders will be given a priority window in which they can purchase their usual seat - or an alternative seat - for each of our European fixtures. There is no obligation to purchase these tickets if unable to attend.

As the visiting team, we are given an allocation of tickets by the home team for these fixtures. Due to the extremely high level of demand for these tickets, applications for these tickets open first to Season Ticket Holders exclusively.

We will communicate via official Club channels when applications open for any given away fixture. Should the amount of applications we receive outweigh the number of tickets available, tickets will be distributed on a ticketing point basis.

Yes, once applications to attend an away game open, Season Ticket Holders will be able to submit a joint application with other Season Ticket Holders in their network. Only members of the group with a sufficient number of ticketing points will be issued a ticket for the game.

Season Ticket Holders will only be able to purchase additional match tickets in the event of a game reaching Guest Sale or General Sale. For these bookings, the tickets will be sent to the lead booker's email address as digital ticket downloads. Each supporter who will be attending the game should download one of these digital tickets to their mobile device.

Should a game not reach Guest Sale or General Sale, Season Ticket Holders will only have access to their own ticket for that fixture.

It isn't possible to guarantee that any given game will reach Guest Sale or General Sale, as this largely depends on ticket availability.
