  2. Click on the fixture you would like to purchase a ticket for
  3. Select an available seat (ones listed for resale will be highlighted in pink) and add to your basket

How will I receive the ticket I bought on the Ticket Exchange?

Can Members list their ticket for sale on the Ticket Exchange?

From the 2024/25 season onwards, should a fixture's kick-off date or time be moved due to Premier League television broadcast selections, One Hotspur Members who have purchased a match ticket from the Club during the initial sale will have their own designated 48-hour window to list their ticket on the Ticket Exchange following any sold-out fixture amendment.

Alternatively, they may request a refund for non-Ticket Exchange purchases provided 7 days' notice is given.

It is not possible for Members to list tickets outside the designated 48-hour window, and any tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange are strictly non-refundable and cannot be re-listed.

Can I purchase accessible seats on the Ticket Exchange?

Yes, Members who are registered with the Club's Disability Scheme are able to purchase seats which have been listed for sale by other supporters on the scheme.

To see the seats listed for sale, please first ensure that you are logged into your e-ticketing account, then select the game you are hoping to attend.

If you are registered as an ambulant supporter, blocks with ambulant seat availability will be highlighted when you view the game plan. Individual ambulant seats will be listed in pink and marked with a "1", with the corresponding PA seat marked with a C.

If you are registered as a supporter who uses a wheelchair at games, blocks with wheelchair availability will be highlighted when you view the game plan. Individual wheelchair tickets will be listed in pink and marked with a wheelchair logo, with the corresponding PA seat marked with a C.

Once you have selected the seat you would like to purchase, the corresponding PA seat will become available for you to select. You must add both seats to your basket before you are able to proceed to checkout.

Can I purchase Ticket Exchange tickets as a group?

If the game is on Members' Sale, you will be able to purchase one ticket per Member. To purchase as a group, you must ensure that each person in your group has a valid membership and is part of your Network. You will then be able to add multiple seats to your basket and assign each one to a Member in your Network prior to checkout.

If a game is on Guest Sale then Members can purchase multiple tickets under their CRN (subject to availability) without having to reassign them to another supporter.

Please note that Ticket Exchange fees are applicable per seat.

Can I obtain a refund for a Ticket Exchange purchase?

No. As the seller of the ticket is credited as soon as a purchase is made, all ticket sales on the Ticket Exchange are final. Purchases are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

Will I receive ticketing points?

One Hotspur Members will receive ticketing points for purchasing a ticket and scanning it at the turnstiles, though the exact number will vary dependent on the category of the game.

Please be aware that points may not be added until after the game has been played and will not be added if the ticket is not scanned.

Can I purchase concession-priced tickets on the Ticket Exchange?

All tickets listed on the Club’s Ticket Exchange platform will be listed at the prevailing Adult rate.
