Existing Bookings (One Hotspur Members)

This is our existing bookings guidance for One Hotspur Members. If you are not a One Hotspur Member, please see our guidance for Season Ticket Holders or non-Members.

 

I can't attend a fixture I have a ticket for

If you are unable to attend a game that you have purchased a ticket for, you may contact us to request a refund no later than 7 days before the game. Please note, however, that Ticket Exchange purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is not possible for One Hotspur Members to gift a ticket via Ticket Share. If a fixture's date or time is moved due to broadcast selections, Members who purchased a ticket from the Club during the initial sales windows will have a 48-hour window in which to list their seat for sale on the Ticket Exchange.

 

Can I make changes to a booking I have made?

If you would like to make an amendment to a booking you have made, please contact us with as much notice as possible before the game.

Please note that we will be unable to relocate a seat you have already purchased. If you no longer wish to sit in that seat, you may request a refund (providing it was not a Ticket Exchange purchase) no later than 7 days before the game, though we cannot guarantee the availability of other seating once the cancellation has been processed.

Please note that Ticket Exchange purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

I have purchased the incorrect concession on my match ticket

If you have purchased the incorrect concession for your age, please contact us with as much notice as possible before the game so that we can amend this for you. Please note that in some circumstances payment may be required for any difference in price (eg. if correcting from Junior to Young Adult).

Please be aware that concession pricing does not apply in all blocks and is subject to availability. If it is available in the block you have chosen, you will have had the option to select the applicable price class prior to adding the seat to your basket. If it is not available in the block you have chosen, all tickets will have been offered for sale at the Adult price.

Where applicable, concession pricing is offered on the following types of ticket:

  • Junior - under 18s
  • Young Adult - (18-21)
  • Senior (over 65)
