Frequently Asked Questions

How can non-Members buy tickets?

Each fixture goes on sale first to One Hotspur + and One Hotspur Members.

As tickets often sell out to Members, we strongly encourage supporters wishing to purchase tickets to consider buying a membership.

Without a membership, it is only possible to purchase match tickets in the event of a game reaching General Sale - however, please note that we cannot guarantee that a fixture will reach this sales phase.

If a game does reach General Sale, it is usually possible to purchase up to six tickets, subject to availability. To complete the purchase, it is first necessary to register for an account, which is free to do.

Once logged in, supporters should click on the fixture they would like to attend and, where availability allows, select the seat they would like to purchase.

Details about how non-Members will receive tickets purchased during a General Sale can be found in our digital ticketing guidance.

How many tickets can non-Members buy?

Non-Members are able to purchase tickets during General Sales only. In this type of sales window, it is usually possible to purchase up to six tickets (subject to availability), though this may occasionally vary from fixture to fixture.

Which games will reach General Sale?

We are unable to guarantee that any given game will reach General Sale as ticket availability varies from fixture to fixture.

Where a fixture does reach General Sale, it is usually possible to purchase up to six tickets, subject to availability. To complete the purchase, it is first necessary to register for an account, which is free to do.

In some cases, a General Sale will be Restricted. This means that, whilst no membership is needed to purchase tickets, you will have to have registered your account with us prior to a specified date in order to be eligible to make a booking.

How can I buy tickets if travelling from overseas?

Due to the high demand for match tickets, all supporters are required to follow the same sales process, even if they are travelling from overseas to view the game.

As we are unable to guarantee that games will reach General Sale, you may wish to consider purchasing a One Hotspur membership. Whilst membership does not come with the guarantee of securing a ticket, it will give you the best possible chance as you will receive access to the Members' priority windows and access to Ticket Exchange listings.

How much are tickets?

The price of tickets varies according to the category of game and where you choose to sit.

Pricing for the 2023/24 season is as follows:

Different pricing models, including family packages, may operate for certain Cup fixtures. If so, specific details about this will be announced when each of those Cup games goes on sale.

Do you offer concession pricing?

When purchasing matchday tickets, concession pricing is applicable in certain blocks subject to availability.

If it is available in the block you have chosen, you will have the option to select the applicable price class prior to adding the seat to your basket. If it is not available in the block you have chosen, all tickets will be offered for sale at the Adult price.

Where applicable, concession pricing is offered on the following types of ticket:

  • Junior - under 18s
  • Young Adult - (18-21)
  • Senior (over 65)

Concession pricing does not apply to tickets purchased on Ticket Exchange.

Can non-Members buy tickets to an away game?

It is not possible to purchase tickets for away games in the same way that you can for a home game. As we are only given a limited allocation of tickets by the home team, any supporter hoping to attend must submit an application to do so. Due to the very high demand, often only Season Ticket Holders are able to submit an application. Where the number of applications received outweighs our allocation, tickets will be distributed on a ticketing point basis.

Do children/babies need a ticket?

Yes, all supporters entering the Stadium, regardless of age, will have to purchase their own ticket. This includes babes in arms. This is a safety requirement which we must adhere to in order to remain compliant with our Stadium licensing conditions.

Whilst we do not prohibit babes in arms from coming into the Stadium, we do ask all parents and guardians to carefully consider if a football stadium is an appropriate environment before bringing a very small child to the ground.

Supporters under the age of 18 will qualify for Junior pricing in areas where concessions apply.
