How do I purchase a One Hotspur Connect membership?
To purchase a One Hotspur Connect membership, you must first log into your e-ticketing account. If you haven't already created an e-ticketing account, you may register here.
Once you are logged in, please click 'Membership'. This will direct you to a page where all different tiers of membership are listed.
Simply select 'One Hotspur Connect' and enter your payment details when prompted. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Please note, you must be logged in in order to make your purchase. If you are not logged in, you will not see the One Hotspur Connect membership as an option for you topurchase.
Can I purchase a One Hotspur Connect membership if I am an existing One Hotspur Member?
Supporters are only able to hold one type of membership at any given time. If you are already a One Hotspur Member then it will not be possible to purchase a One Hotspur Connect membership in addition to your existing one.

Can I purchase a One Hotspur + or One Hotspur membership if I am a One Hotspur Connect member?
Supporters are only able to hold one type of membership at any given time. If you are already a One Hotspur Member then it will not be possible to purchase a One Hotspur Connect membership in addition to your existing one.
If you would like to explore changing your membership to One Hotspur + or One Hotspur (for example, if you would like to gain access to priority ticketing access), we would kindly ask you to contact us.
How long will my One Hotspur Connect membership last?
One Hotspur Connect memberships run on an annual basis. Your membership will therefore be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note that this is different to our One Hotspur + and One Hotspur memberships, both of which run on a seasonal basis and expire on 31 May in any given year.
Will I be able to purchase match tickets with a One Hotspur Connect membership?
Priority ticket access remains exclusive to our One Hotspur + and One Hotspur membership tiers. If you would like to purchase match tickets for the season ahead, we would strongly encourage you to consider purchasing One Hotspur + and One Hotspur memberships.
Although One Hotspur Connect does not provide ticketing access, One Hotspur Connect members would still be able to purchase match tickets in the event of a fixture reaching General Sale.
Will I receive any ticketing points?
As One Hotspur Connect membership is not associated with ticketing benefits, ticketing points are not awarded for purchasing this type of membership.
Points continue to be awarded to One Hotspur + and One Hotspur members for purchasing/renewing their membership.
How will my One Hotspur Connect membership be renewed?
When you purchase your One Hotspur Connect membership, you will be opted in for auto-renewal. This means that your membership will renew automatically before it expires.
If you would prefer not to opt in for auto-renewal, please contact us after you have made your purchase. If you opt out of auto-renewal, you will still have the option to renew your membership manually before it expires.
