Premium Members - Updating your Account

The following FAQs are intended for Premium Members only.

If you are a not a Premium Member but need to update your details, please click here for guidance.

 

Change your home address or phone number

If your home address or contact number has changed recently, to update it please log into our e-ticketing site.

Once logged in, select the head and shoulders icon in the top right corner, then click 'View Account Menu', 'Account Management' and then 'Account Details'. 

Then simply click 'Edit', enter your new details and click 'Save'.

If you need to change your address on your Premium Membership, please also email Premium.Accounts@TottenhamHotspur.com

 

Change your email address

Please note that it is not possible to change your email address yourself. If you would like to request a change to your email address, please email Premium.Accounts@TottenhamHotspur.com 

Once your email address has been updated, please note that it may take a couple of weeks for the change to filter through to our various mailing lists.

 

Change your name

If you have recently changed your name, please note that you will need to to request that your account details are updated. You will ordinarily be asked to provide proof of your name change, eg. marriage certificate, deed poll, etc. Please email this to Premium.Accounts@TottenhamHotspur.com 

 

Update your email preferences

As a Premium Member you will receive communication regarding your membership and the benefits of beign a Premium Member. To amend your email preferences you can contact the Premium Team by email Premium.Accounts@TottenhamHotspur.com

 

Not receiving emails?

If you are concerned that you are not receiving some or all emails from the Club, firstly please ensure that noreply@tottenhamhotspur.com has been added to your contacts so as to reduce the risk of any emails being redirected to your junk folder.

If you are receiving some emails, follow the process above to ensure that your email preferences are correct.

If you still believe there are some emails you are not receiving, or if you are not receiving any emails at all, then please contact Premium.Accounts@TottenhamHotspur.com
