How to share your digital ticket

 

If you are considering giving your seat or seats as a gift to a friend, colleague, client, or family member, we have simplified the ticket sharing process for all of our Premium Members.

Introducing the 'Ticket Transfer' option, now available in your e-ticketing account.

 

The ticket transfer process is straightforward and user-friendly. You can transfer your tickets directly from your e-ticketing account by entering the email address of the individual who will be using the seats and selecting the 'Transfer' option.

 

This new feature allows you to use a different email address for each available seat, which means that as a Premium Member, you can efficiently and effortlessly share your tickets with multiple guests.

 

Once the transfer is completed, the recipient will receive an email that contains the digital ticket. It is important to remind the recipient to download their digital ticket to either their Apple Wallet or Google Pay wallet to ensure they have access to it on the day of the event.

 

In the event that you do not possess a compatible mobile device, we recommend reaching out to your Account Manager at least 48 hours prior to the kickoff time. This will allow them to assist you effectively. If you find yourself unable to make contact within that timeframe, we suggest that you arrive early on the day of the event and visit the Ticket Office for assistance.
