Club Refund Policy - Match Tickets

If you have purchased a general admission match ticket, should you find that you are unable to attend then you may request a refund so long as you do so more than 7 days before the game takes place. We will be unable to consider any cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the game.

Please note that refunds are not permitted for Ticket Exchange purchases. All purchases made on this platform are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Ticket Exchange purchases are shown on our online seating map in pink, whilst non-Ticket Exchange seats (released during Member priority windows) are shown in green.

If a Season Ticket Holder cannot attend a game that is included on their Season Ticket, they may forward their ticket to a supporter in their Network via Ticket Share. Alternatively, if the platform is open for the fixture, they may list it for resale on the Ticket Exchange.


Account Cashback

If you have any funds in your e-ticketing account that you would like to withdraw, please see our Account Cashback page for instructions on how to do so. 

Alternatively, you are also able to keep the funds in your e-ticketing account and apply them towards your next Season Ticket renewal.


Non-Football Stadium Events

Please note that non-football events held at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium are subject to their own individual terms and conditions. The Club's refund policy with respect to football match tickets is therefore not applicable to non-football events.

If you have purchased tickets to a non-football event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and are no longer able to attend, please contact your ticket provider for details about their policy on refunds and exchanges.

Visitor Attraction Refunds

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for our Visitor Attractions experiences, including Stadium Tours, The Dare Skywalk and The Dare Skywalk Edge.

If you have booked an experience that you are no longer able to attend, we would be happy to assist you in rescheduling your visit. Please call us on 020 3929 1882 (UK), or on +44 20 3929 1882 if calling from overseas. The team are available Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 17:00 and Saturday 10:00-16:00. A rescheduling fee will apply.
