Club Refund Policy
If you have purchased a general admission match ticket, should you find that you are unable to attend then you may request a refund so long as you do so more than 7 days before the game takes place. We will be unable to consider any cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the game.
Please note that refunds are not permitted for Ticket Exchange purchases. All purchases made on this platform are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
If a Season Ticket Holder cannot attend a game that is included on their Season Ticket, they may forward their ticket to a supporter in their Network via Ticket Share. Alternatively, if the platform is open for the fixture, they may list it for resale on the Ticket Exchange.
