What is the Disability Access Scheme?
The Disability Access Scheme is a scheme that assists our supporters with a disability, impairment and/or have access requirements.
The stadium contains dedicated accessible seating and wheelchair accessible bays. These seats are for the exclusive use of supporters who have registered on the Disability Access Scheme.
How can I register on the Disability Access Scheme?
All supporters wishing to register are required to complete a copy of the Club’s access requirement form:

The Access team will confirm receipt of the completed form and also when it has been processed.
How long does it take to process my application?
The turn around for Access Requirement Forms is usually 3 - 5 working days but in peak periods, where we prioritise applications for specific upcoming matches, this can take longer.
Despite this, we endeavour to process forms as soon as possible, in time for the match you attend or the next on sale window.
I require a personal assistant to attend matches. Can I apply for this?
When registering on the Disability Access Scheme, supporters have the option to indicate that they require personal assistance and are encouraged to provide supporting evidence.
Subject to review, we can look to provide a complimentary personal assistant ticket when you make your booking.
