How can I return an item for a refund?

If you make a purchase during the Christmas period (1 October 2023-24 December 2023), your goods will be eligible for return until 31 January 2024 under our extended Christmas returns period. 


If you would like to return an item you have purchased for a refund because you have changed your mind, you may do so provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery (if ordered online) or purchase (for items bought in-store). If you believe your item to be damaged or faulty, please refer to our Damaged/Faulty Items guide in the first instance.

Online orders may be returned either to our retail warehouse with a short covering letter enclosed, detailing order number, name and reason for return, or alternatively to any of our Tottenham Hotspur Shops for a full refund. Please note we are unable to process any exchanges.

Please note that a number of exclusions, including all personalised items, do apply when returning items. See Personalised Items and Exclusions for further details.

We will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price as described where necessary (eg. if a % discount was applied to the order, the refund for the returned item will be the value of the item returned less the discount applied). Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.

All goods to be refunded must be received back with proof of purchase in a new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels. If your order was placed via the Spurs Online Shop, use the return label attached to the invoice, or including a covering letter containing your order number, and reason for return.

You must bear all costs (including any customs or duties charges when applicable) associated with returning the items to us unless the products are faulty, incorrectly described, or we have agreed to bear those costs. 

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage or have adequately insured the goods using Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery service for expensive items. 

You will receive an email notification once your goods have been received by our warehouse. You will receive a separate email confirming once your refund has been processed. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product(s) back from you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
