If you would like to return an item you have purchased for a refund, you may do so provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery (if ordered online) or purchase (for items bought in-store).
If you believe your item to be damaged or faulty, please refer to our Damaged/Faulty Items guide in the first instance. Please note that a number of exclusions, including all personalised items, apply when returning items. See Personalised Items and Exclusions for further details.
All goods to be refunded must be received back with proof of purchase in a new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels.
If you are returning one or more item and have used a One Hotspur voucher code, your refund may be given as a new One Hotspur voucher code if the value exceeds £9.99. If it does not, the refund will be issued to the payment method used on the order.

I made my purchase online (UK)
If you would like to return an item you have purchased online for a refund, you may do so provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
To return the item for free by post, please click here and enter your order details to generate your return label. As a reminder, all goods to be refunded must be received back with proof of purchase in a new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels.
If you would prefer to return the item in store, you may also do so within 30 days of delivery if you did not pay via PayPal, so long as the items are still new with tags in a condition that can be re-sold. If you paid using PayPal then you will need to return your items free of charge by post.
We'll refund you 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.
I made my purchase online (non-UK)
If you are outside the UK and would like to return an item you have purchased online for a refund, you may do so provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
Print your returns label by clicking here. You will need to pay for postage from your country and must include your purchase slip inside your parcel.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage or have adequately insured the goods using Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery service for expensive items.
We'll refund you 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.
I made my purchase in-store
If you would like to return an item you have purchased in-store for a refund, you may do so provided the item is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
If you would prefer to return the item in-store, you may do so within 30 days of purchase, so long as the items are still new with tags in a condition that can be re-sold.
Alternatively, to return the item by post, please click here if you are based in the UK. You will not have an order number but may enter 800000000 to generate your returns label. You must ensure that your proof of purchase is included within the parcel as we will be unable to process your return without it.
