How do Premium Members receive their match tickets?
Premium Members have their match tickets loaded to their E-ticketing account, where the tickets can be downloaded or shared. Further information can be found on the Digital Ticket Download Guide
Additional tickets purchased during Member Sale or General Sale windows
Additional guest tickets purchased under your CRN will be issued as individual digital tickets via email from noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk OR noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com. You should forward this email to each of your guests so that they may download their own digital ticket to their mobile device.
Premium Members without mobile devices
If you do not own a smart phone and have no way of downloading a digital ticket or pass to a mobile device for use on matchday, please contact the Premium Membership Services team via email Premium.Accounts@TottenhamHotspur.com as soon as possible.
Attending with Guests without a mobile device
If you have bought Guest tickets for supporters without their own mobile device, you may download their individual digital ticket(s) to your own mobile device to scan at the turnstiles.
If you purchased their ticket then it will be sent to you via email from noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk OR noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com. You may download the ticket directly from the email to your mobile device. If their ticket was sent to them via Ticket Transfer, they will have been sent their digital ticket via email (also from noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk OR noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com). They will need to forward that ticket to your email address so you can download it to your device.
Please note that any digital tickets issued to your guests are separate to your own Digital Season Pass. You must therefore ensure that you scan the digital ticket when your guest enters and your Digital Season Pass when you enter.
If using multiple tickets on one device, we would strongly encourage you to wait until your guests have all successfully entered the stadium before you scan your own pass.
