What are the benefits of One Hotspur membership?

One Hotspur membership continues to offer a wide range of benefits to supporters. For a full list of these benefits, please click here.

Included in these benefits are ticketing priority, a retail gift voucher for Adult Members (or a Welcome Pack for Juniors), and a £10 off voucher for SPURSPLAY.

 

What is the difference between One Hotspur and One Hotspur + membership?

One Hotspur + Members receive all the benefits of One Hotspur membership plus additional ticketing priority and a position on the Season Ticket Waiting List.

 

How can I purchase a membership?

Memberships for the 2024/25 season are now available to purchase.

Please note that payment will not be debited the same day you have purchased a membership when selecting Direct Debit as your payment method.

 

What if my direct debit payment fails?

If you elect to pay for your One Hotspur membership via direct debit and the payment fails, we'll attempt to take payment again shortly after. We'll email you to let you know the date of the second payment attempt.

Please note, if you use your membership to purchase match tickets and we are unable to collect your membership payment after multiple attempts, your match tickets will be subject to cancellation. 

 

At what age will I qualify for Junior concession pricing?

Anyone under the age of 18 on 16 August 2024 can pay Junior concessionary pricing for One Hotspur or One Hotspur + membership.

All supporters over the age of 18 on 16 August 2024 will be charged the Adult rate when purchasing a new One Hotspur or One Hotspur + membership.

 

How long will my membership last for?

All memberships run on a seasonal basis. They will therefore remain valid for the duration of the 2024/25 season and all will expire on 31 May 2025, regardless of when during the season they may have been purchased.

 

Will I receive a gift pack?

All Junior members will receive a gift pack full of Spurs goodies. Packs for renewed members are expected to be dispatched ahead of the start of the new season.

New Membership packs purchased can take approximately 14 days from the date of purchase to be received. If you have not received your pack after 14 days, then please let us know.

All non-Junior members will receive a digital gift voucher which can be spent in our online Spurs shop. These will soon, ahead of the start of the new season.

 

When will I receive my digital gift voucher?

Retail gift vouchers for renewed members will be emailed soon, ahead of the start of the new season, and will be valid until 31 May in the season in which they are issued..

New members can expect to receive their digital gift voucher within three weeks of purchase.

 

Will I receive a stadium access card?

As digital ticketing is in operation throughout the stadium, no physical stadium access cards will be issued to Members. Renewing Members should not delete their digital pass, and new One Hotspur Members will be issued their digital pass shortly after purchasing their membership.

Will I receive a birthday card?

As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, non-Junior members will no longer receive a physical birthday card but will be sent an email containing a message from our Club Captain. 

Junior Members will continue to receive a physical birthday card.
